Stylish décor throughout and offering thoughtful features, with optional hot tub* two living rooms, log burner, and a secluded garden cabin.

The living area has space for the whole group to curl up and chat by the glow of the log burner, and there's a second living area too, so there's plenty of space to settle down for a catch up over a glass of bubbly. For those special meals with the group, you'll find a kitchen to inspire even the most reluctant of cooks. When it's time to unwind, the bubbling hot tub* outside makes the perfect way to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside and chat under the stars.

PROPERTY OVERVIEW
Garden Lounge:
Relax in the spacious garden lounge with three large sofas, a cosy armchair, wall-mounted LCD flat-screen TV, and a table and chairs by the patio doors leading to the garden.

Kitchen:
Charming country kitchen with original beams and floorboards, two ovens, a gas 8-burner range, fridge freezer, under-counter fridge, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, and a traditional (non-operational) Rayburn stove. A full range of crockery, kitchenware, and toddler-friendly essentials are also provided. Features include a DAB radio, wall-mounted LCD TV, and blackboards.

Family Bathroom:
Includes a bath with rain shower and mixer attachment, W.C., washbasin, mirror, and heated towel rail.

Shower Room:
Features a large walk-in shower, W.C., washbasin, mirror, and heated towel rail.

Second Lounge (Former Village Hall):
A stunning vaulted space with exposed beams and a handcrafted driftwood light fixture. Two large cream sofas sit around an impressive inglenook fireplace with a woodburner and safety guard. Entertainment includes a 42" LCD Freeview TV with surround sound and an extendable dining table that seats 12-ideal for group meals or board games.

Streamways enjoys a fully enclosed and private garden space comprising a lower patio, gravelled section, upper terrace, and two areas of lawn. Ideal for both children and dogs, the garden wraps around the home and offers multiple areas for relaxing, dining, and enjoying the outdoors. There's a hot & cold outside shower, a BBQ, two sets of patio furniture, and secure storage for surfboards, wetsuits, and bikes. A 6-seater hot tub* jacuzzi adds a luxurious touch, while the driveway features a PAYG EV car charging point.

• Hot tub (Optional extra) not to be used after 10.30 PM - To comply with Health & Safety hot tubs are emptied and re-filled. Therefore, we are unable to provide any guarantees that the hot tub will be up to full working temperature until the morning after arrival.
• We regret we are unable to accept bookings that are; Hen, Stag, Party, event and all adult groups under 20 years of age.
• We would respectfully ask that dog(s) are not permitted on furniture, in bedrooms, left unattended nor to cause a disturbance to neighbours.
