Hi Francis thanks very much for your review. We are glad you had a good stay. Interesting re the clean element and a first for us as our team are doing deep covid cleans between guests. Our amazing housekeeper has never had any issues raised re cleanliness and was really surprised by your comments and we are both sure what areas you are referring to so may give you a call to clarify. Please in future do communicate any issues when you are in the property our housekeeper is amazing and is very responsive and could have been at your door with tea towels and new pillows at pity this was mentioned post check out. Thanks again and best wishes

Hello Michelle thanks for your comments on this, the weather at the time of your arrival meant that the team could not clean that area. However in future our highly responsive team would have come out at a drop of a hat to clean it. Really sad you are only mentioning this now. Anyways all the best and thanks for your valued feedback
