The architecture of this residence captures the beautiful expansive views of the San Juan Mountains, and in particular, Mt. Wilson and Sunshine Peak. With plenty of room for your group of up to 12, this residence is perfectly appointed for all your entertainment wishes! The gourmet kitchen is open to the adjacent dining area and the living room a half level below it. The living room level has a deck with a grill facing the Mountain views. Two twin bedrooms are on the entry level, with one of the bedrooms able to convert to a King. A Queen Guest room is on the level above.

The King Master Suite features a separate sitting area and a full en-suite bath with a steam shower. There is a second Master on the top floor that has a Queen and a separate sleeping area with bunk beds. The view tower has a built-in single bed with a massage table.
