Avila Beach Jewel - Luxury Home for 16 - Extraordinary Experience

This modern new home was built steps from the beach-front in Avila Beach. This luxury getaway allows you the comfort and privacy of your own home with 5 star hotel amenities. Its south-sloping exposure, and microclimate of early-morning fog, warm sunny afternoons and cool evenings create the perfect setting for lush golf courses, beautiful hiking trails, nearby wineries, bird sanctuary, and sandy beaches. We are in the heart of Avila beach right across the street from the golf course, steps from the sand, trails, spa and wine tasting rooms.

This beautiful home has 3 floors with 3 large decks all have ocean views. The top deck has sweeping 360 degree view of white water, golf course, and the Avila hills. While sitting there enjoy your glass of wine, there is a gourmet BBQ, sink, fire pit, and glass panels to cover from wind. The second floor has a full bar, pool table, 75" Led Tv and Italian leather sectional. The top floor has Lacantina folding doors that completely open from wall to wall to smell the ocean breezes. The gourmet kitchen has professional grade appliances including a Thermador 48" range with double ovens, large built in 42" fridge, Thermador microwave and dishwasher and beautiful quartzite counters. Dishware and full stocked kitchen for all your cooking gourmets needs. There are 4 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms, all walk in showers beautifully covered with marble, a sculptural stand-alone soaking tub and all double sinks vanities. All the beds are temperpedic with fine linens and comfortably sleeps 16 people. In Bedroom 5 (street level) there is a private children sleep/play area with 2 full beds + 2 twin beds, TV with video game hook ups. There is putting green and other outdoor games for play in the front yard, and beach equipment such as beach wagon, toys and sand chairs (Seven Sisters Vacation Rentals has loaner beach towels).

Make your stay even better by renting our golf cart! You can add it to your reservation for just $225, no matter how long you stay. A $1000 refundable security deposit is required. The owner will consider 1 dog, under 45 pounds, non-shedding. (Owner will not consider retrievers because of size and shedding). The non-refundable pet fee is $75/night, max $225 per stay.
