The location of the rental was amazing, especially being on the third floor! It was also very comfortable and relaxing. The view from the porch was very pretty as well!

Enjoyed the location of the property, as we were going to view a few of National Parks and State Parks. Good location to main highways. Needed a few more days to just chill and enjoy resort amenities. Did enjoy walking around the property

Wonderful property

The condo was very well stocked and clean. Great location. Views were amazing - morning sunrises from the large balcony. Nice pools. Communication with management was prompt. Highly recommend. .

Great condo, great location, great price. TopFloor great view, well furnished. 2 bd, 2 bath, great kitchen living room and master bedroom. Lots of parking, large rec center 5 pools. Water pressure in baths was very low. We will be back again

Condo met our needs perfectly. Well equipped kitchen other than too many non pots! No simple stainless pots to use. Location is close to many great walking areas. Probably come again.

Comfortable unit

Clean, comfortable, well stocked unit with comfortable beds and good TV package. Elevator is easy and more convenient to operate in this building because it requires no separate key to operate like some other buildings.

Large, nicely decorated unit in an aging complex

The online photos and description are accurate. The condo is well decorated, with comfortable and modern furniture. Kitchen was very well appointed with all utensils, appliances and dinner ware needed. Bedrooms were comfortable. AC worked well. Nice view from the patio. ROKU TV worked well and we were able to access the movies we wanted to watch. WiFi worked fairly well. The shower heads are seriously in need of some de-scalingā€¦lots of ugly calcium buildup on both. The resort complex overall is visibly aging, and cheaply built. For instance, the staircase and balcony railings are rusting and corroded, and I wouldnā€™t recommend leaning on them! The pools were okay, but worn looking. The pool key fob only worked for one of the three pools. Watch out for the ā€œkillerā€ speed bumps. Drive slowly!

Clean, comfortable, and as advertised.

The property was clean, comfortable, and we found everything to be as advertised. Kitchen items were acceptable and we found everything we needed. Washer and dryer was also available and we utilized it. I've already booked another say at Los Palmas for next month.

Enjoyed the layout, decor and cleanliness of the property. We loved dining in the patio and used they pickleball courts and pools daily. Great place to stay!

Great location

Hiking to red rock cliffs out your front door! Quiet family oriented resort with lots of swimming pool choices. The condo has great views of red cliffs conservation area-also a great place for hiking. Definitely a good spot to stay

Perfect place to call home for a week!

We used this rental as our home base as we visited Zion, Lake Powell, Horseshoe Bend, and Sandy Hollow State Park. It was in the perfect location for groceries and restaurants. Loved having the space for relaxing and the pools to swim in when we needed a break from the heat. The communication with the owner was 2 simple emails with excellent information!

Not impressed with the cleanliness or safety of the condo. The back railing is very loose and floor feels like itā€™s going take fall through, TVs in bedroom didnā€™t work. Floors were filthy and my children had black feet. My children both wear water shoes wall in the pool area and outside and put them off at the front door and that is when their feet turn black on the first day

Nice condo overall

Nice condo overall and it met our needs. Good layout. Very nice family room. Great balcony but we couldn't use it due to very loud neighbors outside every night. Could use some attention to detail when cleaning. Found hairs in the sheets and in the bathroom. Found dirty pans in the kitchen cabinets. Beds are worn and a bit saggy. The location and size worked perfectly for us. We liked the area but not the other vacationers/tenants. We seemed to be there when there were lots of roudy groups.

Wonderful!

We recently spent a week at this great condo. I usually always take basic supplies with me when we stay in a condo. I needn't have bothered. Everything was on hand. The place is spotless, which was important to me. Super comfortable. A real home away from home. We slept like babies. We would definitely book another stay here if we are ever in St George again. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful place.

Very nice property but not perfect

Great Your Comments We really liked the condo and the amenities. However there were a few things of concern. 1. Under beds were not vacuumed and were filthy 2. On one of bed pillows there was someone else's hair when turning down bedding the first night in 2nd bedroom. 3. Shower curtain in 2nd bath was moldy and did not stop water from spilling out onto floor. 4. Inflatable bed leaks air, had to fill everyday. 5. Only had little supply of shampoo, etc. in each bathroom during 7 day stay, would like to have gotten more. 6.Light in dining area flickers and was not very bright. Could not turn on desk lamp, no switch. 7. Dead bug on kitchen counter (have picture). 8. Great deck and we cleaned up balcony after storm last Sunday night. It had blown all the chairs down and we saved a lizard ornament. 9. Had a problem in smaller waterfall pool on Thursday as Avengers team of kids and adults took over the pool. Unsupervised children in the small pool with waterfall, to include child climbing on top of waterfall and yanking/hanging on pole before jumping in pool from top of waterfall, tossing ball and other items to climb up on waterfall to fetch then jump into pool from top of waterfall. Very large party of at least 30-40 people with food and drinks on pool deck, etc. It was very loud the last two nights from partiers yelling and screaming, hooting etc. from catwalks and balconies/patios to each other from across the complex. Have pictures. That group of people did not care about anyone else but themselves. Glad you made a lot of money from them but it gave the complex a bad reputation. Besides this it was nice.
