Inside, you'll enjoy an open-concept layout, 10 foot ceilings, and a spacious patio that overlooks the St George desert—the perfect spot to relax. The home is fully furnished and features:
A king-size bed in the master bedroom
A queen bed in the second master suite with two single sized roll away beds stored in the closet.
With two full bathrooms, everyone has their own space and privacy.
This rental includes free high-speed Wi-Fi, streaming TV, and full access to the Las Palmas Resort amenities, including:

Guest Access:
Access to six swimming pools, Las Palmas pools as well as The Hub Clubhouse, pools and amenities. The Hub has several swimming pools including indoor and outdoor pools, diving pool, children`s pool, and hot tubs. Other amenities include tennis courts, basketball courts, pickle ball courts, splash pad, ping-pong tables, shuffleboard, full workout facilities which includes free weights, circuit training machines, elliptical machines, treadmills, stationary bikes, etc.

Getting Around:
St. George is easy to navigate, and having your own vehicle is highly recommended for getting around and exploring the area. While SunTran (the city’s bus system) offers limited routes, most visitors prefer the flexibility of driving, especially for day trips and outdoor adventures.
Uber and Lyft are available, though wait times can vary—especially during busy weekends, holidays, or evenings. Taxis are limited but can be arranged in advance.
St. George is perfectly located for exploring Southern Utah’s iconic destinations. Approximate drive times to nearby attractions:
Zion National Park – 1 hour (40 miles)
Bryce Canyon National Park – 2 hours 15 minutes (140 miles)
Grand Canyon (North Rim) – 2 hours 30 minutes (120 miles)
Las Vegas, Nevada – 1 hour 45 minutes (120 miles)
St. George typically enjoys mild winters and hot, dry summers. If you're planning to visit higher elevations like Cedar Breaks or Brian Head, be prepared for winter driving conditions in colder months.
Free parking is available on-site, and most major attractions in and around St. George have accessible parking as well.

Wonderful getaway
This place exceeded our expectations. It is very spacious. It has great views from the balcony. The kitchen is well stocked. The bedrooms are big with walk in closets. It is close to mountain biking trails and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Great property. Convenient location. We only had two adults, but could very comfortably sleep 6 people. The condo was spacious, clean, well decorated, updated. The linens and towels were of excellent quality. Beds very comfortable. Loved being at the end of the building and end of property - quiet and pretty views. Would definitely stay again if in St. George.

St George getaway.
We had a great time. We were early for check in but were able to leave our bags and went to get groceries. We were given additional info by Kristy which was very helpful for our stay. We saw lots of sights and the appt was great for two couples. We thought the pictures did not do the condo justice. We will rent this unit again when we return to Utah. Thanks again for a great stay.

Spring Break 2019
A perfect condo getaway for the week with my adult children. Plenty of space and for everyone. Loved the deck and grill for evening cookouts. We enjoyed cooking our own meals in the kitchen that was fully stocked with pots, pans, and dishes you might need.The amenities at Las Palmas were spot on and were enjoyed by the whole family. The trails just down the road were perfect for trail running and getting outside. Close to Zions, Snow Canyon, and Bryce Canyon and took full advantage of spending time at each.

Cute condo, nice area, needs work
This was a great location with good amenities. We loved the available game options since our weather wasn’t great. However, there were several details that didn’t make the experience as nice as we’d hoped. The host/site was not about the fee structure until after we’d completed checkout—beware—fees were almost equal the cost of the actual rental. The second bedroom had a gross barf/poop stain on the back of the door, and the closet lightbulbs needed to be changed. The sheets were laundered, but not the duvet. Mattresses in both rooms felt sleeping on a cardboard box covered in plastic. There was rancid coffee in the coffee maker. Overall attention to cleanliness and upgrading come basics would go a long way! We would stay at this resort again, but not this particular property.

Great place to stay!
The photos of this place on this site do not do it justice. They should take new photos! This is a very roomy 2 bedroom condo with a nice view of hills out back. All of the rooms are large for this kind of condo—lots of space. Both bedrooms have their own full bathroom. It looks like the place was redone not long ago with nice carpet and comfortable furniture. The kitchen looks like it is original but it’s still nice and is very well equipped and stocked with spices. Lots of dishes, pots and utensils—you could cook up anything in there. There is a balcony with a table and BBQ with a nice unobstructed view. The living room and both bedrooms have TVs with Roku. The complex has pools and other amenities that we didn’t use.
The only thing that I think should be improved is the internet speed which was on the slow side—I measured it at 10 MPS download speed. At a time when people are working from home this is too slow. I suspect Zoom conferences would be difficult to do at this speed. At home we have >200 MPS download speed which is part of the normal package and this is much slower. Overall a great place that we would stay at again!
