This first floor apartment offers Panoramic sea views of St Ives bay and harbour, from it's bright open plan lounge and dining area. Stunning sea views can also be enjoyed from the master bedroom which offers a kings size bed as well as ensuite with shower and wc. It's separate fully fitted Kitchen includes dishwasher, washing machine & dryer. The second bedroom has twin beds, the third bedroom has a single bed and both bedrooms offer fitted wardrobes and cabinets. The family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower and wc. There is free High speed internet and Smart TV available at the apartment. At ground level there is large terrace, perfect for eating al fresco which also overlooks a large lawn, ideal for family time activities.

Lovely apartment with seaviews, easy access to the beach and the town. The family loved staying there and hope to return again. The host was super helpful and very easy to check in. A thoughtful welcome box and milk in the fridge was appreciated. Highly recommend!

Short break away

We loved the accommodation as soon as we stepped inside. It’s was very clean and comfortable for four adults. The views are spectacular.

We enjoyed our stay as our 1st time in Cornwall. Very comfortable, close enough to town to drive.

Great central location meaning we could park the car and explore St Ives on foot throughout our 3 day stay. Lovely view of the harbour area from the lounge. 3 bedroom layout was ideal for our family stay.

Dream Location

We stayed for 1 week and we did not want to leave. We are a family of 3 with a little boy and we tremendously enjoyed this beautiful home away from home. Perfect location and amazing views.

Panoramic views and proximity to beaches and town

A cosy space for our family of 5. We loved being able to leave the car behind and wander everywhere easily. Leach pottery is a shot walk as is the Tate, Hepworth museum and all the beaches which gave us lots of flexibility. The views from the living room were beautiful, lovely sunsets!

Ideal home from home

A lovely 4 night stay over New Years at this property which was in an ideal position for a short stroll into town each day. Everything in the apartment was clean and comfortable. Thank you for such a great experience.

Great week gazing out the window

Quick walk down the steps into St Ives, bit slower on the way back up, gelt fitter by the end of the week! Loved St Ives, great property with truly breathtaking view!

Great property with amazing view

This property was fab for three generations of our family. Amazing view out to the harbour from the living room. Very clean, all the little touches you need. 5 minutes up the steps from town or a bit longer if steps aren't your thing.

Relaxing stay with a fantastic view

We had a very nice time in the flat and felt very comfortable. Our daily highlight was the fantastic view of the sea and the coast. There was only a small problem with the check-in as the email with the key code didn't reach us. But thanks to Scott we were able to solve this quickly. We would love to come back.

Paradise in St.Ives

our stay in St. Ives was amazing. Mostly due to this beautiful flat. It was clean, stocked and comfortable. The view was breathtaking. The location was perfect, since we did not have a vehicle. Only a 10-minute walk to town. We highly recommend this flat. We will be back for sure.

A nice place to stay. Plenty of space. View was really good. The property is located up a steep hill. There are buses but we decided to walk up/down the steps daily. About 5 minutes down and 10 minutes up. The double bed in the master bedroom was umcomfortable and needs a new mattress, hence the 4 stars. We would stay again though.

Great location with an awesome view. It's out of the fray of the center, so if you want the "center vibe", look elsewhere. The indoor common spaces were a bit shabby and definitely need a spruce up. The expected basics were missing such as hand soap, shower gel, shampoo and face cloths. Overall though, we had a great stay and would return. Host was mostly responsive.

Excellent views and lovely apartment

We had an amazing week. Extra towels were provided at my request, due to not having room to pack any with a family of five. The apartment is lovely. Lots of living space. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge and kitchen, it was perfect for us. The steps back home from the town are not for the faint hearted, but it gets better every day with plenty of practice. Would stay here again.

Overall holiday was great. Location of apartment was ideal for us not to close to the noise of the town yet not too far either as it was about a 10 min walk with a 4 year old down the steps. The apartment itself is very nice, 2 parking spaces allocated to the rear, can be quite tight but is manageable ( i have a ford ranger pickup ) inside the apartment is very nice also very spacious, kitchen has washing machine,tumble dryer, disheasher and all other essential appliances.The bedrooms all single beds are very comfy the double bed the in laws found slightly uncomfortably.Overall impression of property it was very nice snd would recommend and would stay again.

Wonderful Stay in St. Ives

A lovely flat with a spectacular view of St. Ives, the port, beaches, and ocean! Light fills this upper floor flat that is large and comfortable. Parking is in the back lot and very convenient. Our host left us a gift basket with delicious local cookies and teas; and milk in the refrigerator, which we greatly appreciated! Just a quick walk to the lovely and vibrant town of St. Ives. Our host suggested many great restaurants, and the restaurants we went to were absolutely superb!! There is a lot to do and see in St. Ives. I’m a hiker and the hikes along the coast are wonderful. We loved this flat and St. Ives!

Nice apartment with great view!

Our stay was excellent, the apartment was tidy and had sufficient space for persons. The view was lovely and we very much appreciated the welcome box! Also the general information that was provided was useful. Only disadvantage was that that tumble dryer in the apartment did not work, luckily there was a back-up one for general use. One small remark: during booking it was not clear that it was a multiple apartment building.

Comfy and an unparalleled view!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Scott’s vacation flat. It was clean, comfortable in every way and the views from the front windows were breathtaking. There is excellent wifi and because we did cook some nights, we really appreciated that the kitchen was fully stocked with useful utensils and stainless steel pans. The towels were thick, the furniture was comfortable and the appliances were top notch. Communication with Scott and the leasing agent was easy and they were always responsive. A couple of things to note: there was a single roll of toilet paper and hand soap in each bathroom but no dishwashing soap in the kitchen; however we just used the dishwasher for everything so that was not a problem for us. You might want to bring extra dishwasher and washing machine pods - there are 1 or 2 of each left in the kitchen. We had a lovely stay in this well-thought apartment and would happily recommend it.

So after many adventures around the UK, when we discovered St Ives in Cornwall, we fell in love with its stunning beaches, vibrant culture & warm community. We explored the variety of beaches, coastal walks, art galleries, music venues, historic tours and top class restaurants through several visits. We couldn’t resist returning year after year, so a holiday let in St Ives was the dream we made reality.

St Ives, Cornwall has been hailed by many as the Caribbean of the UK due to it’s turquoise Atlantic waters, partnered with six golden sand beaches, palm trees and exotic foliage.

Relaxing picnic’s on the beach, coastal walks on the St ives circular and watching the surfers amazing skills riding epic waves have to be our favourite things to do in St Ives.

A very close second is the social and cultural scene in St Ives. There is such a rich history in this town, so many talented artists, an eclectic mix of music shows and there is nothing better than sampling the catch of the day, fresh from the sea!

We love waking up to panoramic sea views at Atlantic Aspect. Our perfect start to the day is a comforting coffee looking over the beautiful seascape of St Ives from our living room window. If you’re an early bird, sunrises in our apartment are the stuff dreams are made of!

At Atlantic Aspect we have the best of both worlds; being located in the serenity of the Belyars area of St Ives but still in walking distance to the centre of St Ives town.

Not only do we have you covered with our great kitchen facilities, (so you can cook up a storm on those nights when you want to cosy up with the family) theres also ample space with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and we have 2 parking spaces which are highly sought after in St Ives. Our high speed internet & Smart TV will keep you connected the world outside our seaside sanctuary.

Our ground floor terrace overlooking our manicured lawns is the perfect setting for an evening glass of wine looking out to a picturesque panoramic sea view. We hope you find Atlantic Aspect to be the hidden Cornish gem that we do.
