Casa Giovannina is a charming fisherman's house with a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea, positioned on the rock tongue of the famous Capo di Conca. It enjoys two large panoramic terraces, overlooking the sea. The location is strategic: away from the hustle and bustle of the coast, but close to the main points of interest!



The house is organized on one floor, which includes:



• Large panoramic terrace, equipped with barbecue, outdoor furniture (deck chairs, tables for outdoor dining).

• Seafront patio with lounge chairs, garden lounge and outdoor shower

• Living room with dining area and double sofa bed

• Panoramic (open) veranda with table and chairs

• Fully equipped kitchen - without dishwasher - with dining table

• 1 double bedroom (bed size: 160x190) with access to the front patio and sea view

• 1 single room (bed size: 90x190)

• 1 bathroom with large shower



Casa Giovannina is located in a quiet and panoramic area of ​​the Amalfi Coast, just on the famous rock of Capo Di Conca. The house has 2 different entrances: one from the main road, through about 60 steps - with free parking for scooters -, one from the upper road, through about 10 steps. Private parking is not available. The public parking (for a fee) is about 50 meters away from the house, but it may be difficult to find a place in the high season. We recommend reaching Casa Giovannina without a car.

Incredible property with spectacular views, hosts are as helpful as you could wish for and Conca dei Marini was our favourite town on the Amalfi Coast.

An absolutely magical stay at Casa Giovannina ! We recently stayed, from July 19 to 27, 2026, at this wonderful villa, Casa Giovannina, nestled along the stunning Amalfi Coast, and it truly was an unforgettable stay. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking view before us, a real haven of peace far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Waking up every morning to this panorama, overlooking one of the most beautiful coastlines in the world, is something we’ll treasure forever. The villa itself is beautifully furnished, spacious, clean, and perfectly equipped, offering all the comfort you need for a successful getaway with familyfriends. A huge thank you also to Francesco, our host, for his warm welcome, kindness, and outstanding responsiveness throughout our stay. Always available to answer our questions and offer advice, he greatly contributed to making this stay such a pleasant experience. One small note, however, regarding parking: parking outside of a designated lot is simply near impossible in the area, and the nearest parking lot is only available on weekdays, with an average cost of around €40/24 hours. This is worth knowing in advance for future guests traveling by car. We highly recommend Casa Giovannina to anyone looking for peace, beautiful surroundings, and genuine hospitality on the Amalfi Coast. We truly hope to have the chance to come back very soon, and we hope to see Francesco again!

Fantastic place!

Fantastic place! Incredible views from several different balconies - in the pictures I thought there were less, from different angles. Great for relaxing, writing a book (what we did), and getting to know the Costiera Amalfitana (also). The host was very responsive, the house was tidy and clean and well equipped.

A Peaceful Amalfi Escape with Stunning Views

Our property in Conca dei Marini was spectacular. Impeccably clean, very well located. It's a quiet town, away from the noise of nearby Amalfi but close enough to travel there easily with the bus station nearby. The views from the balcony were beautiful, the air conditioning nice and cold, and Francesco was extremely helpful with any questionsrequests we made of SMAAC. Having a beach down the steps, a 10 minute walk away, was a luxury. The restaurant nearby, Bonta del Capo was delicious. I highly recommend visiting here for your Amalfi vacation!

The house was just what we wanted, beautiful, spacious place with the most magnificent views. Close to restaurants and the beach but away from the busy crowds. SMAAC were the best hosts and kept us informed every step of our stay. Thank you .

Amazing!

Beautiful location that was close to Amalfi but away from all the crowds. Great views of the ocean and Torre del Capo di Conca from the large patio. Francesco was very responsive to any questions we had and addressed any issues quickly.

Excellent, quiet and private location with breathtaking views. Very comfortable, spotlessly clean and welcoming. Easy access to beaches and food market and restaurants within walking distance - albeit an uphill but pleasant walk. Bus stop only a minute walk from property. A dishwasher would be a welcome addition to the kitchen.

This is a perfect stay for a couple that wants space and privacy. The second bedroom could easily accommodate children or a second couple with a shared bathroom and kitchen. There are actually three separate terraces to hang out on one is covered. The management team was outstanding with support we had a WhatsApp chat ongoing and we're very responsive with any questions. Also very helpful about local knowledge and organizing any extracurricular activities. The views from the terraces are outstanding. If you have a cart there is a parking lot a few steps away that you can rent a parking spot but we did not have a car. There is a public bus stop on the main road that goes into Almafi that is right at the bottom of the stairs 60 steps away. The Belvidere hotel is right at the bus stop on the ocean side of the road looks like a great spot to eat but we were there visiting on off-season so they were just getting ready to open the hotel. Great restaurants about a 15 minute walk up into the centre of the village. Also a wonderful little family run grocery store beside the restaurants with everything you could need.

Beautiful place!

Great location, Close to the beach and close to the bus stop. The view is beautiful. The air-conditioning was great. It felt very safe. There was no hot water in the shower and there were ants in the house. Other than that, the stay was great

This is a great property. The view is stunning and for that part of the coast the apartment is easy to get to. The beach is another story but the entire Amalfi coast has tons of stairs. Loved the outside shower. Only complaint is that it is not close to a market unless you have a car. Would absolutely stay here again.

No doubt it was a beautiful view the patios were stunning!

No doubt it was a beautiful view the patios were stunning - However a couple things to keep in mind if you are booking here - We had issues with the wifi over multiple days so if that’s important to you keep in mind (they did have someone come fix it) another thing the shower does not drain very well. Bus stop was right there which was fantastic made the entire island easily accessible, overall not bad!

Unforgettable Stay with Breathtaking Views on the Amalfi Coast

My wife and I had a wonderful 5 Nightsat the cottage. Beautiful terraces With breathtaking views. A nice open sun deck and beautiful cupboard, eating area both with stunning views even a third little terrace off the primary bedroom. The cottage is located in a spot a. 10 minute drive west of Almafi up the coast., But walking distance to a few good restaurants whether you go down towards the waterup to the main street in town. About 15 minute walk either Updown, but either way you’ll get a little workout. There is also the Belvedere hotel And restaurant at the bottom of the steps To the lower road where the bus stops regularly. The hotel was closed when we were visiting (mid April), but it looked beautiful.. The people that run the Cottage are very helpful with information. We had full support through our visit if we needed any advice. Francesco was our contact and did an amazing job! Francesco also organized a driver Salvatore to take us back to Naples. he was on time, had a beautiful clean van and basically gave us a tour through the countryside, explaining all the different little towns along the way!.

We truly enjoyed the lovely house and it’s beautiful scenery and surroundings!

We truly enjoyed the lovely house and it’s beautiful scenery and surroundings. Communicating with Smaac was easy and always helpful. Thank you!! At the end of October the close beach restaurants were closed in the evenings, so we ended up eating on three evenings at La Piazza da Nino - a friendly and great family restaurant only 350 steps upwards!!

We would re-book next time.

We were welcomed with welcome parcel on table and the home was absolutely perfect for our needs. The rooms were spacious and we had space for three of us. The balcony views are amazing!! Highly recommend here, although a quick bus trip out of Amalfi, it’s worth it for the peace and quiet.. we would re-book next time.
