Stefano and Nunzia were wonderful to work with and the rental was perfect for our group.The village where the house is located has access to several restaurants and a market which is nice on those days when you may not want to venture out into the more crowded areas.

Fantastic stay in Conca dei Marini!

The property was clean, spacious and had a lot of natural light. A beautiful view with great terrace ☺️ The hosts are very communicative and accommodating. We rented a car and were pleasantly surprised to have free parking. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Böse Überraschung

Das Haus bzw. die Wohnung war auf den ersten Blick ganz okay. Nach der Einweisung durch die Tochter eines Freundes des besten Freundes des Vermieters wollten wir nach der langen Anreise nur noch duschen und ins Bett. Aber, Überraschung. Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert, aus allen Wasserhähnen kam nur kaltes Wasser. Versuch die junge Dame zu kontaktieren scheiterte, da keine Internetverbindung. Am nächsten Tag per Telefon die Zustände geschildert, die junge Dame war sehr engagiert, konnte aber (logischerweise) keines der Probleme lösen. Dies blieb bis zum Ende unseres Aufenthaltes so, wir sind dann 3 Tage früher abgereist, da es einfach im Haus zu kalt war und das ständige kalte Duschen nur noch genervt hat.(Wir waren im Januar da). Ansonsten sind alle technischen Einrichtungen nicht unbedingt auf dem neuesten Stand. An das fehlende Internet haben wir uns schnell gewöhnt, war am Ende ganz angenehm. Die Landschaft und die Umgebung sind einfach großartig, die Menschen im Ort sehr freundlich und angenehm. Die Gegend ist sehr zu empfehlen, diese Unterkunft aber nicht unbedingt.

Beautiful stay

Amazing stay with amazing views. Close proximity to market stores, restaurants, beach and short bus ride into positano/amalfi. Easy check in and the unit very clean with welcoming host. Will definitely return!

La maison est très agréable avec un grand salon , séjour et cuisine ouverte et des fenestrons d'où on voit la mer . Les chambres sont spacieuses . La terrasse est un endroit magique avec sa vue sur la mer , idéal pour apprécier le paysage en mangeant ou se reposant. Il faut être un bon conducteur pour arriver à la maison comme partout sur la côte amalfitaine car les rues sont étroites et sineuses. Il faut être en forme pour les escaliers charmants qui permettent depuis la maison de rejoindre un petit supermarché et un super restaurant Le Bonta del Capo. Nous avons passé des vacances merveilleuses avec nos 2 ado dans ce cadre idyllique. Stefano répond toujours très rapidement si on a besoin d'aide. On recommande cet endroit!

Great place to stay and parking!

Overall this was a very spacious unit. Although it was only two of us that stayed it has plenty of room and a great kitchen. There is parking which can be very difficult in the area. Recommend checking in during the day to make it easier to find the unit. The owner met us at check in, walked us through the unit and all was good. The views are great and there is a market only minutes away. Thank you for a great place to stay when we were visiting the Amalfi coast

Beautiful but…

The condo was spacious & spotless with a beautiful view. However the number and difficulty of the stairs was not communicated. The outside stairs should have a handrail all the way up. The parking was not adequate because we were parked just where we were told to park but the garbage truck tore the license plate right off the car. I would recommend it to my younger friends but the access is too difficult for people my age.

Beautiful View, Beautiful Stay

WOW - what an incredible stay! While we only stayed for 2 nights, we wish we had stayed longer in this beautiful space overlooking the Mediterranean and Conca dei Marini. This is the perfect setup for a small family, two couples, or 1 couple who like a lot of space (which was us!) Inside was beautifully decorated with lots of light and high ceilings, along with a gorgeous patio that would have been great for a summer evening dinner had we had more time, The AC in the living room and bedroom was an absolute god-send with the hot weather, and we really enjoyed having two bathrooms after having to share one for most of our trip. Our hosts were so gracious with great communication, working with us on a later checkin that originally thought, and some great recommendations for restaurants and a supermarket. While the location seems like its a bit out of the way, its only 2 minutes from the main road, is a 2 minute walk to a delicious restaurant, and only 30 minute drive from Positano or 15 minute drive to Amalfi. Definitely a few stairs up to the house from the road if walking down to the restaurant, but this is par for the course anywhere on the Amalfi coast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book again on our next trip!

Gorgeous View of the Sea Below

This is a beautiful, clean, and comfortable place to stay, with a gorgeous view of the Tyrrhenian Sea and the Amalfi Coast below and to either side. As for most properties on the Amalfi Coast, it requires climbing quite a few stairs (down and up) to get around. In addition, we had to wait 50 minutes outside the apartment for the manager to arrive and give us access, even though we arrived just before 5:00 p.m. We had also called the manager at 4:20 p.m. on our drive down from Pompei, and were assured that we would be able to access the apartment as soon as we arrived. However, the beds were comfortable, the terrace lovely, and the showers delightful.

Tolle Wohnung in toller Gegend

Wundervoll ruhiger entspannter Urlaub mit toller Aussicht

Als Winterurlaubsziel ist diese Wohnung zu empfehlen.da auch im Februar die Terasse an Sonnentagen für das Frühstück und das Sonnenbad geeignet ist. Auch die Wohnung ist schön gestaltet und praktisch. Die erste Nacht war etwas zu kalt. Da müsste man vorab bitten die Heizung und die Klimaanlage vor Ankunft schon aufzudrehen. Tolle Lage , weil man mitten an der Amalfitana wohnt. Der Verkehr war im Februar sehr gering. Das war super. Amalfi ist fast vor der Haustüre und da gibt es auch im Winter offene Lokale. Besonders zu empfehlen das" Da Gemma". Wir werden wieder kommen. Johanna und Familie aus Wien

Schöne Wohnung mit phantastischem Ausblick

Wir haben eine Woche in Stefanos Ferienwohnung zugebracht und uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Objekt ist tatsächlich so, wie es beschrieben und in der Fotogalerie gezeigt wird. Die Wohnung wirkt neu renoviert und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. TV und WLAN funktionieren problemlos. Auch alles andere funktioniert und ist sehr gepflegt. Alle drei Tage kommt ein Reinigungsdienst. Die Lage ist phantastisch und bietet absolute Ruhe. Wir haben von den umliegenden Häusern nichts mitbekommen. Abends saßen wir auf der Terrasse und genossen den Blick über die Amalfi-Küste über die Sirenen bis nach Capri. Überhaupt ist Conca die Marini der perfekte Ort für Ferien an dieser Küste, es sei denn man möchte mitten im Trubel Amalfis bzw. Positanos oder direkt am Wasser sitzen. Der Ort liegt etwas oberhalb der Amalfitana, so dass man vom nicht enden wollenden Durchgangsverkehr dieser berühmten Küstenstraße überhaupt nichts mitbekommt. Überdies ist Conca eine Sackgasse. Der Verkehr beschränkt sich demnach auf diejenigen, die gezielt dorthin fahren möchten. Hinzu kommt der glückliche Umstand, dass sich im Ort noch das hervorragende (aber nicht teure!) Restaurant „Le Bonta del Capo“ befindet. Von sieben Abenden haben wir viermal dort gegessen. Vom Appartement sind es ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Ein Auto ist zu empfehlen. Gleichwohl kann man mit etwas organisatorischem Geschick auch mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut zurechtkommen. Allerdings benötigt man hierzu unbedingt einen Busfahrplan, den es in den Fahrkartenverkaufsläden oder im Internet gibt! Die Bushaltestelle Richtung Amalif oder nach Furore und weiter über den Berg auf die andere Seite (z. B. Pompei, Neapel) erreicht man über einen steilen Treppenanstieg nach ca. 7 Minuten. Alternativ kann man sich auch hinunter zur Amalfitana bewegen und dort die Küstenbusse nehmen. Der Abstieg über Treppen dauert ca. 15 Minuten. Wie man schon herauslesen kann, ist das Treppensteigen stets Bestandteil. Das trifft jedoch für die ganze Amalfiküsten zu. Der Besitzer ist absolut seriös und ungemein hilfsbereit. Man kann ihn jederzeit kontaktieren. Die Ferienwohnung ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Uwe und Martina aus Freiburg

"Superbe lieux de villegiature. Nous avons passé d''excellentes vacances avec nos enfants ados. des vacances sportives et ensoleillées à souhait. Nos hotes sont charmants et si, nous le souhaitions, prêts à nous aider. La côte Amalfitaine est vraiment belle. Nous en avons profité pour visiter Capri ! "The house was really lov...

"The house was really lovely and everything we imagined it would be from the advert. It was clean and had everything that we needed. The view was worth climbing all 168 steps, (and certainly kept us fit). Being able to look out over such fabulous scenery was a joy and we couldn't have asked for more and everyone was really helpful transporting us to the beach and town. A brilliant holiday"

Proper appartement, maar de toegang ertoe is erg moeilijk !! is niet geschikt voor gezin met kinderen, gehandicapten, hartlijders, mensen die moeilijk te been zijn of geen conditie hebben. Is ook niet geschikt als men geen auto heeft : in het dorp of omgeving is niets te beleven. De weg naar het appartement is zéér slecht te rijden(helling +20%), en men kan boven niet omdraaien...

"L''appartamento è una perla incastonata nella costiera amlfitana: molto bello, ben arredato e dotato di ogni comfort. Gode, peraltro, di una vista panoramica spettacolare. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e molto garbatamente ci ha fornito indicazioni sui posti da visitare nei dintorni. Abbiamo anche usufruito di uno sconto del 15% sul solarium della spiaggia di Conca, in quanto ospiti della casa di Penne. Che dire? Il nostro soggiorno è stato indimenticabile..."

"We stayed with our family one week in this lovely, sunny house with a marvelous view on the coast and sea. It was very well equiped (2 bathrooms with toilets), clean and a spacious living room/kitchen. The terrace is very sunny in the morning en afternoon. This accommodation is situated in a typical, small Italian village (Amalfi 4 km, Positano 15 km) with nice and friendly people. In the village there is a small supermarket with fresh bread, bar, restaurant/pizzeria, pharmacia."
