This lovely three-bedroom villa features a private pool, free Wi-Fi and stunning views over the beautiful, green and hilly surrounding area. It is located in a quiet residential district, on a cul-de-sac where you can also park your car. With its ideal location in the Aigua Viva Park, it is perfectly situated between Vidreres and the bustling resort of Lloret de Mar. The beautiful sandy beach, countless shops, restaurants and nightlife can be found just 8 km from the villa. Due to its rural location, where you can fully enjoy peace and privacy, this villa is ideally suited for families with children.

This villa is a completely detached villa on two floors, located at street level, with a living area of 150 m2. Upon entering the house, you will find the fully equipped living room, which has two sofa, satellite TV, radio and CD player and a dining table for four people. From the living room, you have access to the balcony and outside area, from where you have a spectacular view. You will also find the fully fitted and equipped kitchen on this floor, as well as one bedroom and one bathroom. On the first floor of the villa, which you reach via a large open staircase in the living room, there are two more comfortably furnished bedrooms. It has a light and practical interior which ensures a cozy home-like atmosphere that will put you at ease immediately.

The outside area of the villa features a beautiful natural garden with stunning views over the green, hilly and wooded landscape. The lovely private pool is at the side of the villa, which you can access from the terrace. Around the pool you can take a seat on the sun loungers and enjoy the sunshine. The villa has a variety of nice seating areas where you can read a book in comfort, and an in-built stone barbecue where you can prepare a delicious meal.

It is situated near cosmopolitan Lloret de Mar, the most famous beach resort of the Costa Brava and renowned throughout Europe for its vibrant nightlife. Lloret de Mar is located on a beautiful bay and has everything you need for a carefree holiday full of action, sun, sea, beach and nightlife.

In the historical and scenic center of Lloret you will find numerous shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and nightclubs for your enjoyment. The sandy beaches are nothing short of stunning, and combined with the beautiful azure sea and the wonderful Spanish climate they make every day worth!

Of course, the Costa Brava has much more to offer than sun, sea, beach and nightlife. During your stay, you really should take part in a jeep safari. This is a great way to discover the beautiful mountainous hinterland of traditional Spain and its Mediterranean atmosphere. A chance to look behind the scenes to see how the Spanish live and enjoy themselves.

The modern cosmopolitan city of Barcelona, which is only 8km away, is rich in culture and history and also definitely worth a visit. Meander around the world-famous promenade "Las Ramblas" while enjoying the ever present street acts and the many mime artists, as well as inviting terraces and nice stalls. To get a good impression of this unique city with its culture and history, you can use a special hop on - hop off bus to see many of the sights. The medieval streets, the famous Camp Nou football stadium of FC Barcelona, ​​the Sagrada Familia or Gaudi's beautiful Park Guell are all worth a visit! There is more beauty to see than you will be able to fit in during your visit to this metropolis. Visiting Barcelona can obviously not pass without tasting some delicious typical Spanish Tapas; they are available almost everywhere and well worth tasting.
