Fully furnished and equipped full size apartment located in the Garland/Shadle neighborhood. The neighborhood offers easy access to downtown, central or north side activities and events at Gonzaga. The Maple bridge arterial also connects to I90 for those events/activities at EWU. This clean and comfy apartment and inviting atmosphere will meet family or business traveler needs. Large bedroom with extremely comfortable king size bed. If an additional sleeping space is needed for child, a full size Eurobed blow up is available. Bathroom with full size walk in shower. Television with very basic cable. Full kitchen is stocked with dishes/pots and pans and all other necessities. Your host wants travelers to enjoy their stay and will provide juice/coffee/tea. We respect your privacy but strive to be responsive to questions or problems

This clean and comfortable apartment includes a full size bedroom with a very comfortable king bed. Additional sleeping surface can be found in the living room on a convertible sofa. The bathroom has a large shower, toilet and sink. Amenities are provided should you forget any supplies. Living room area is comfortably furnished . A television with basic cable is provided as well as WiFi. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils and cooking supplies. Your host will provide you with a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, microwave and refrigerator and four burner stove. Washer and dryer are available.

The neighborhood is safe and convenient to the quaint Garland District but is a short drive to downtown as well as Northtown Mall and wonderful restaurants and activities.

Host lives on site in separate apartment. This is a full sized apartment built on the lower level of a split level home (not a basement) so does have 6 steps down to the entrance. Off street parking is available for one car. Washer/Dryer on site.

Dogs are welcome upon agreement of owner with extra cleaning fee. Due to allergies, cats cannot be accommodated.

We had an excellent stay at Peggy's Place. We weren't there much, except at night, but the place is sparkling clean, exceptionally comfortable, and the neighborhood is very quiet. We slept very well over a busy weekend. Peggy is an exceptional host: she checked in to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. She also bent over backwards to make accommodation for safe parking for our large vehicle, which we appreciate immensely. 5 stars! Would stay here again.

Great stay in Spokane

Apartment was perfect for my stay while son was at soccer camp at Whitworth University. It was very clean and had everything needed to make your own meals.Peggy was great and a very attentive host. I would definitely stay again when in Spokane.

Fantastic stay in Spokane

This was by far one of the nicest VRBO properties I've stayed in. Very tastefully designed and it had everthing I could think of for making meals, relaxing, and the location couldn't have been better. Very close to downtown Spokane and easy access to the freeway for travel in the surrounding area.

Patty’s Perfect Place

So easy to get to, and quick access to Gonzaga. Walked the neighborhood a lot with my dog and always felt safe. Patty is the perfect hostess who is just a text away for any request. I highly recommend her place.

HOSTEST WITH THE MOSTEST

Peggy was an awesome host. She allowed us an early check in as well as a late check out do to our flight schedule. Very warm and welcoming place. If we needed it it was there. Welcoming place to call home for two weeks. Very nice, cozy place and a great host. Very accommodating with my early and late shifts for the setup. Excellent communication. Very pleasant stay.

Beautiful Apartment

Cozy apartment with nice central location

My husband and I stayed at Peggy's place for 2 nights. The apartment had a wonderful layout with everything needed for our stay. The king bed was so comfy with high quality linens. Highly recommend.

Garland area stay

Peggy’s property worked out perfectly for me. It included everything I needed for my lengthy stay and was located in the area of Spokane that was convenient for me. She was very responsive to any of my questions. I spend quite a bit of time in Spokane and would definitely stay there again if the timing works out.

Just what I needed

The unit was just what I needed. It was nice and quiet, had a nice kitchen, laundry, and a comfortable bed. I wouldn't have minded some expanded TV options, but would definitely stay here again in the future. Thanks Peggy!

Clean, Cozy and Comfortable

From the moment we booked, Peggy was welcoming. We brought our larger breed dog and she had plenty of space to eoam the backyard. The apartment was perfect for my partner and I to have a "home base" while visiting family. Highly recommend.

Solid, honest, and a delight!

This was a 3 month rental so our daughter could finish her last quarter @ EWU. We were nervous about us not being nearby, but we couldn't have been happier! Peggy was wonderful to work with from beginning to end. The VRBO pictures are accurate and we would recommend this to anyone who needs a place to stay for a day or several months.

Great host!

My daughter stayed here for several weeks while doing a medical rotation at the VA hospital. This VRBO has everything you need. The laundry on site was very helpful to have. The bathroom was stocked with shampoo and conditioners. Peggy was a very welcoming host and checked on my daughter several times during her stay. She even made her a "travel survival kit" for her long drive back to Iowa with coffee, banana bread, and other goodies. My daughter did wake up one morning to no water but Peggy was quick to investigate and found out there was a water main break down the street. She offered to buy several gallons of drinking water but the water was back on after a few hours so it wasn't needed. Peggy was always very easy to get ahold of if anything was needed. You can text her if you need recommendations for places to eat/things to do. Highly recommend staying here if in the Spokane Area.

The Garland Neighborhood is popular due to location (10 min to downtown and sports facilities and shopping)but is also enjoying a revitalization. We have the nostalgia of popular diners like The Milk Bottle as well as Fergusons cafe (featured in the Johnnie Depp movie Benny and Joon). The vintage Garland theatre and newer North Hill restaurant/bar are popular gathering spots. Great coffee shops and antique stores on Monroe street.
