Baseball trip

Our entire stay was smooth sailing. The condo was exactly as described. The property and the amenities are top notch! Balcony view is magical. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you christine for being such an awesome host!!!

Everything went smoothly and appreciated beautiful water view from balcony. Hosts were very responsive. Only slight disappointment was the chincy cookware provided in condo.

Very nice condo - great view!

Check in was easy, unit was very nice and beach area was a great setup for what we needed. My husband did lose his wallet ( Scott Conard) so please let us know if anyone returns it

Tidy, quaint but modern, perfect location !

Thank u so much for your extended courtesy & hospitality! My daughter & her friends thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your condo! It is a beautiful well-kept property with great amenities, friendly staff, safe & a great location to commute to local beaches & activities!! I'll be doing some travel nursing in the next few years & I hope to return for an extended stay!

Latitude Adjustment

A frequent visitor to the Cocoa Beach area, we decided to try the other coast for a change of pace. We chose the Tampa area as a central location for day trips to the smaller towns along the Gulf. As a hub, this place wasn’t bad, but had a lot to be desired. The condo itself was in need of some repairs and the property could use some updates/upgrades as well. air pool area, beach section, games court etc.

Great, Quiet, and Family Oriented!

Our stay was awesome! We had all the amenities of a beachside location (minus salt) without all the hustle and bustle of the beachside and without the expense. The condo was perfect for your family of 3 and provided many options for activities (pool, beach volleyball, waterfront grilling, fishing pier, waterfront swing and plenty of beach space to play). The location has easy access to Tampa and Clearwater for those rainy afternoons of shopping and sunny mornings for beachside sunning. We enjoyed every minute!

Perfect waterfront condo.

My sister and I came to Tampa to celebrate her 60th birthday. We loved this condo. The location was close to everything. We traveled over the bridge to Clearwater and then North to kayak at 3 Sisters Springs. The views every morning were awesome. We sat on the balcony and drank our coffee. There is a queen bed in the 1 bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The beach front has sitting areas and is very inviting. The best restaurants are right down the road. Thanks for a perfect stay at this bright and cheery home away from home.

Great place for a weekend getaway.

Nice, clean, cozy, place. 2 of us came down for a weekend getaway and had a great time. Everything you need is right there. We bought groceries and didn't really eat out, but there is a bar and grill at the pool if you want some breakfast, lunch or dinner. There are also restaurants close by if you want to eat out. The beach area overlooking the bay is small but nice. There's a beach volleyball area, cornhole, grills, lounge chairs and a firepit that is turned on from dusk until 10 PM. There's a dock that you can fish off, if that's your preference. There are a lot of families here, but it wasn't too noisy or crazy. We spent most of our time lounging and reading. Highly recommend. I'm sure we'll be back.

Communication with owners was none existent despite reaching out to both. There wasn't a café that we saw. There was a large group staying there that enjoyed smoking a green leafed plant (not the owners fault). Wifi was not functioning the first day. Bed was uncomfortable

Great Corner Condo

This condo is centrally located to go to Clearwater, St Pete, and anywhere in Tampa. My husband and I utilized our stay as a business trip and driving was easy accessible to go to many different Tampa Bay areas from this location. My 72-year-old grandmother also stayed with us and she enjoyed relaxing out on the balcony with the view of the water. The sun does directly hit the balcony in the afternoon, but she didn't mind at all. She loves the sun and the heat. It did seem to be somewhat of a busy place but not super loud. I'm assuming in the spring break months it is much busier and much more louder based on this location. However, this unit is on one end of the building and if it weren't for seeing other people from our balcony out playing volleyball or getting in their cars, we would have never seen them otherwise. We hardly heard any other noise and slept like babies. I appreciated how clean the space was and we were able to cook food there instead of eating out if we needed to. The kitchen is not large, but it is stocked with everything you need to cook with. And if you don't feel like cooking or driving, you can just walk to the little bar that is on the condo grounds by the pool. They serve alcohol and a small menu. If I was visiting Tampa Bay or had family visiting Tampa Bay, I would definitely suggest this place.

Room was clean (the floors were still wet when we arrived!). The view was beautiful. We loved the pool area and spend the entire afternoon and evening there. Great little restaurant with yummy drinks and good food. The host was great at communicating with us prior to and during our stay. Super close to the airport but didn’t feel like we were in a big city. We’d love to stay again!

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was very family friendly. Plenty of places for the kids to play while you sit by the water and at night the fire was really nice. Very clean. Owners were super responsive and friendly. I definitely Recommend staying here.

Great Stay

Great location.

Cozy little spot for our girls trip. The 3 of us took up every inch of that space, but coming from different parts of the country and it only being a weekend trip we didn't mind the closeness. The only thing that felt small was the kitchen. Lovely view of the water. The swing and chairs on the sand were a relaxing change of pace from the crowded beachfront. The condo is conveniently located to pretty much anything you'd like to do. We had a fun trip and would book again.

Perfect for a couple

Very clean condo with an excellent view. There was no need to contact the owners as they had given clear instructions on locating the unit and entry instructions. Would definitely stay there again.
