We really enjoyed our stay and was a huge fan of the amenities at the resort! Everything was very close and felt like paradise! Room was clean and nice, simplistic, and bed was comfortable! An enjoyable stay for the couple of days that we were in town.

From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless and perfect. The sunsets from the balcony are GORGEOUS, the pool is relaxing, and the poolside restaurant is delicious. This truly felt like a little slice of heaven for my husband and I. We truly have nothing negative to say about this stay, and we highly recommend it!

Wonderful Week

We chose this condo bc we needed to split time between the beaches and the city of Tampa…location was perfect for that! The owner was super responsive to my questions and the unit was clean and well equipped for our needs. Beach area was tranquil with a great view.

Perfect little place

My husband and I were in for the Innings Festival and found our accommodations perfect! We loved the condo and the pool area with the drinks and food!

Beautiful property

Everything was excellent, property, check in, and staff! Food was exceptional for a bar/grill. All our needs and wants were exceeded. Will definitely stay again and recommend highly.

Great location, exactly as advertised

Love the location and it was great having a little restaurant/tiki bar on site. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owner anticipated everything we needed. He sent the check in info a few days in advance and made Everything very clear and easy for us.

Great place to relax!

Amazing views of the Tampa Bay. The beach is wonderful and never crowded. You cannot access the water from the beach (rock barrier) but that means there was a ton of wildlife to view from the pier (we saw manatees and stingrays every day)! If you want water access you can walk to the nearby beach easily. Overall perfect for our vacation.

Very great stay!

This apartment is located in a resort with many services: pool with a restaurant, volley-ball, some terrasses…. The appart was very clean and David give us good service. The is one room with a queen bed and the second bed is a pull out sofa (queen size too).

David could not have been more hospitable. The location was ez transit to Clearwater and Tampa areas! The property’s amenities were great. Nice affordable Bamboo Bar footsteps away. Thank you!

Exceptional Service

We were here for two days and enjoyed our stay. Dave was super helpful with suggested restaurants, things to do and was timely with check-in and check-out information. He also was good about checking in with us to make sure all was well. The home was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we could need, even though we didn’t cook while here. The bed was comfortable and shower was awesome (two things we always rate). The onsite amnesties are a nice bonus with the restaurant and pool nearby. If life brings us back to Tampa, we will stay here again.

Paradise And Some!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay! We wanted a quiet simple weekend away, and we absolutely got it! In addition, what a great view from the balcony of the sunset. The pool and poolside restaurant had good food. The host had several recommendations that we used. The ease to / from the airport while being tucked away from the traffic and crowds of Memorial Day. We will want to stay here again in the future

All We Needed

We needed a reliable place to stay close to a music festival we would be attending and this condo was all we needed. It had plenty of space for the two of us and the pool area and restaurant looked nice, although we never had the time to enjoy them. David was timely in checking to see if all was good. Soon after our checkout, he checked in to see if anything was needed in the condo and truly afforded a "five star stay."

A fun few days in Tampa!

We were in Tampa for a dance competition but wanted to have a few days of vacation in the area. The condo was very clean upon checkin, and matched the pictures and description. David is an excellent host and communicates quickly with answers to questions. The bed was very comfortable, and the girls said the pullout bed was comfy too. The view of the bay is perfect for sunset watching from the balcony, or go to the water’s edge for a gorgeous view. The tiki bar has excellent drinks and food - open until 10 pm. We were very pleased with the property, and I liked that there is a security guard 24/7.

Perfect little spot on the Tampa Bay!

The condo was super cute, the bed was comfortable and the views were amazing. My husband and I came in for a quick 3 day trip and this was the PERFECT spot! The pool was great, the bar at the pool has food that was delicious. Breakfast in the morning was great too. There a some restaurants nearby but if you really don’t even have to leave the condos if you don’t want to. We had our coffee on the patio then would go down and sit by the waterfront and enjoy another cup from the poolside restaurant. I would stay here again, and I would definitely say if you are looking at other places too, choose this condo. Even the security guard at the gate was so informative when we were coming in the first time. He told us all about the resort and even where to park so we were close to the room. There is a little store on the second floor. I can sit here and go on and on. Highly recommend and will stay again when in Tampa.

Great Location - Great Unit - Great Host !!!

This property is EXACTLY as described in the listing. Simple, clean and comfortable. For our stay, we were in and out of the property a lot visiting family in the Tampa area, so it was very convenient to pull in with a key card and park directly under the unit in the ample parking. The property is clean and we felt safe. The pool is not huge, but plenty big enough to have some space. The other outside areas are nice as well. Pool and outside amenities “Shut down” at 10:00pm and everyone seemed to respect that. There was no excessive noise. We got breakfast at the onsite café and had drinks there another day. Climate control inside was fine, plenty cool enough, not noisy. Kitchenette well stocked with what you need. Balcony overlooks the pool and you can see the bay. Host was great, he provided a bunch of info prior to our stay and provided clear instructions for the check in/out process. I felt that I could reach to him and he would provide short-notice support if needed. This was my first vrbo experience and I would use it again. There are a number of hotels very close to this property and at first I was drawn more to those for no good reason and concerned about this property since there were a handful of rooms available at this location. Since seeing the other properties and staying here, based upon the convenience of parking and all the other amenities, if we come back to Tampa I would have no issues staying at this property again.

Beautiful stay in a beautiful location!

Had a wonderful stay at Dave’s condo! Amazing view of the bay, sunset and a glimpse of the pool. All the necessities were in the condo if you wanted to stay in and cook or just have coffee and look at the ocean from your balcony. Comfortable queen size bed in the bedroom. There were even beach toys available if you decided to take a trip to one of the nearby beaches. The pool bar/restaurant was a nice perk that served both breakfast, lunch/dinner items! Parking was covered so the car wasn’t in the sun all day. The nightly fire pit was great, too! There is also a store in the main office on the 2nd floor right below for milk, drinks, snacks, wine, etc… Dave was amazing at getting back right away with answers to any questions we had. He’s a great host!
