COSTA SMERALDA APARTMENT in semi-detached villa with sea view in Cannigione alta

The villa, with splendid sea view on the Gulf of Arzachena, is located in the upper part of the renowned tourist village of Cannigione, just 3 minutes from both the sea and the town of Arzachena, the Municipality of the Costa Smeralda. Immersed in the greenery of nature and the granite rocks that characterize Gallura, it is easily accessible from the panoramic road that leads from Arzachena to Cannigione. In 5/10 minutes you can reach all the beaches and coves that characterize the Costa Smeralda. From the Costa Smeralda airport and the port of Olbia the house can be reached in just 30 minutes by car. It's composed by:
1) Spacious veranda / balcony with sea view.
2) Large living room with equipped kitchenette, a comfortable tiled worktop, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, air conditioning, eco-leather sofa bed, 2-seater sofa, 55 "smart satellite TV, wi fi.
3) Large covered rear veranda surrounded by greenery and in total privacy, equipped with table and barbecue.
4) a double bedroom with adjoining bathroom complete with shower, both with sea view windows.
 5) a bedroom with two beds (single or double use) with window.
6) a complete bathroom with shower and window.

Max 7 beds (2 of which in the sofa bed in the living room) + 1 on request in the living room, and travel cot in a double bedroom.

The Villa is close to the village of Cannigione, with its own port and beaches, where you will easily find bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, Sardinian handicraft shops, restaurants, farmhouses, piers with boat moorings, dinghy rental services, diving, sailing centers, schools windsurfing, bike path, outdoor playground, etc.
