Great Stay in Southampton

This house is perfect for families! Great layout and close to camps for kids (literally right up the street). It allowed my husband and I to work during the day and then pick them up quickly and easily. The house is a very short drive to downtown Southampton and it's beautiful beaches. We would book this house again!

Exceeded Expectations

This home is absolutely perfect for a weekend getaway but also so cozy that you could call it home for an extended period of time. We've stayed here three times and each time when we arrived the home was immaculately clean. All of the appliances are new and top notch. The kitchen has an incredible two sided oven with a griddle on the top! There are more than enough kitchen utensils so you don't need to buy anything! There is a wonderful open feel to the home with so much natural sunlight you don't even need to step outside. That said, of course once you are outside the pool is perfect, modern and beautiful. The location of this property is incredible, so close to Southampton town and all of the beaches. Thank you Alex and Mike for sharing your home with us! We cannot wait to return!

great family vaca house

The house was spacious and the pool was fabulous! We were able to spread out and several of the adult children could work remotely from separate rooms. It was just what we needed for our stay.

Great House - Would stay again!

Beautiful house built for families. They had so much for our young children to play with, along with cribs, pack and plays, and a high chair. The pool was perfect, and the details of the house were unique and well designed. The only thing I wish the listing had, was that there was a gun range down the street, because we were certainly surprised to hear gunshots without having any background. I will say that this only happened a few times during the stay.

Great family friendly Stay in Southhampton

We enjoyed our two week stay at this close to town property. It was spacious and had lots of places (basement, backyard) for our kids to play. The two master bedrooms were a treat! Mike was a great host - very responsive and we would recommend this home!

Stunning!

This house is beautiful - the layout is so welcoming and open. The master bedroom is a treat with a cosy lounge space included. Michael and Alex have thought of everything to make the experience comfortable and fun. Excellent for kids with a basement full of toys and a crib set up upstairs. The heated pool was absolutely the main attraction!! Again good for kids as it has the fence around it for safety. Alex is a talented artist and has many paintings around the house which adds a personal and beautiful touch. I fell in love with one painting so much we bought it! Now we have memories of our wonderful stay captured in our own home. Thanks Michael and Alex for being wonderful hosts.

Great Stay!

We stayed at this property for several weeks and had a fantastic time. The home is exactly as pictured and for those traveling with small children, the fenced pool, gated steps and play areas in the basement made it very easy to keep the little one's safe and entertained. The pool is very large and there are a lot of floats and toys guests can enjoy. The host Mike is beyond responsive and every need or question we had was handled or answered within minutes. We definitely would recommend this property!

Beautiful weekend getaway

This house provided us with all the necessities and amenities for a great weekend with our friends. The house was beautiful inside and out and on top of that it was clean! The house was roomy and spacious and everyone loved it! We were able to find all utensils to cook with which made everything so much easier! Great communication with owner, also responded promptly and we would definitely recommend this home!

Great family getaway

Our family of 5 adults loved the property - the house had a great layout for everyone to have plenty of space on their own. We enjoyed the huge kitchen, complete with high end appliances and a griddle which made for some delicious breakfasts! The pool and outdoor area was secluded and private (and completely fenced in) and was a great place to relax while we grilled. We were a short drive from the beach, town, and neighboring villages which made getting around to restaurants very easy. We’d love to come back!

Wonderful Family Getaway

What a beautiful home!!! From the spotless floors, the spacious rooms, beautiful gated pool, and spectacular decor! This home is also super kid friendly with gates on the staircase(we were very grateful for this because we have a baby that crawls everywhere!) toys, highchair, walker, pool floats, kid utensils and plates, needless to say our kids (ages 11mths-10yrs old) all enjoyed themselves!!! The televisions were all very modern with netflix and cable available. Mike was always readily available if we had any questions or concerns. We were a group of 8 adults and 6 children and we had more than enough room! We would definitely come back again to get away from the city life!

PERFECTION!

We rented the house to ring in a 30th birthday and the house couldn't have been more perfect. The space was immaculate, well decorated, and fully stocked with towels, linens, paper goods, kitchen supplies etc. The house itself was much bigger than anticipated and we were able to seat 10 people for dinner easily between the inside and outside table areas. On our last day we were already looking up how we could rent again as the location and amenities were just perfect for a long weekend. Would recommend 10/10!

Fantastic House with everything you need to have a great time in the Hamptons.

Our family of four and our two dogs (+ lots of friends and family) stayed there for the month of July. We had a great time and really enjoyed the house. We have stayed several times in the Hamptons and this was our best rental. The house has a great open layout and has recently been renovated. The renovation was stylistically well done. The bathrooms and kitchen are beautiful and modern. Central air keeps the house very cool at all times. Bedroom with huge bathroom on the main floor. Fully renovated basement which can sleep 4+ comfortably, with a living area with television. Ping pong in basement worth hours of fun. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths on the second floor including huge master suite with modern fireplace, flatscreen, and huge walk in closet and master bath. While the backyard isn’t huge, very functional, with great fire pit area, grill, large table for 6 , and of course very large heated pool. The pool was awesome, as it was always a great temperature (pool heater on auto timer). The house was fully stocked and well maintained. Kitchen stocked with everything you need. Towels, firewood, etc. It’s all there. The owner was great to deal with. Extremely quick on communication, always around to answer any questions. The binder with all the info for the property was extremely handy. The location of the house, while not right by the beach was really great as it was very central. Less than 10 min to Southampton and village beaches, close to Bridgehampton and Watermill, and 15-20 minutes to Sag Harbor and the beautiful sunsets on the bay beaches/harbor. The house is actually very family friendly with the bedroom on the first floor as well as the big beautiful open layout with hardwood floors throughout. Would definitely stay there again. If you have the opportunity, don’t hesitate to stay here, you won’t regret it,

Beautiful home & lovely stay

We had such a wonderful time staying at this property. We were a family of 8 + a baby and we had so much room to spread out and really be comfortable. The home is gorgeous, clean, and very updated with marble and hardwood everywhere and lovely, chic furniture. We were just a short drive from downtown Southampton which made it very convenient. The welcome guide left was very helpful as well. Although we didn't get to use it much, the backyard was perfect for relaxation with a pool and firepit. There was also a full basement with ping pong, two beds, and a sitting area/TV...lots of ping pong challenges were had! Mike and Alexandra were very accommodating when we wanted to check-in early and very responsive to all of our questions. I would certainly stay here again if ever in Southampton again!

Perfect Home!

The perfect home away from home. The house itself was absolutely stunning from the luxurious bathrooms to the beautifully decorated rooms. There is plenty of space for large groups, and the house has just about everything you would need. The owners are easy to get in touch with and their helpful binder in the front entrance can pretty much answer any question you would have. I would highly recommend this house as I have stayed in a lot of air bnb and homeaways, and this is by far the nicest house.

A Phenomenal Weekend!

From start to finish, our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this unique oasis. The house was impeccably decorated and extremely comfortable. Mike was a pleasure to deal with, and always timely in his responses to any/all questions. A few pleasant surprises included the additional queen beds in the basement, along with the ping pong table. The newly added fire pit was a killer addition for those chilly nights. The Southampton main strip was a short drive away for those wanting to hit the town, but we found ourselves not wanting to leave. The pool was heated to perfection, and large enough for any size group. Many thanks for an amazing weekend! We can't wait to come back in the near future.

Perfect Weekend!!!

Using Homeaway for the first time, I was a little nervous as you never know how these things will turn out. However I was pleasantly surprised when I came across this home and was connected with Michael. He was friendly, informative and extremely accommodating when answering my series of questions. Driving down Majors Path I was a bit nervous to finally see in person what I had purchased months in advance and hoped it was as beautiful as the photos. Pulling in I was beyond thrilled! Everything was just as he said it would be if not better. Walking into the house my friends and I were floored at how amazing it looked! Everything was immaculately clean and designed elegantly, the backyard was nicely landscaped with a brand new fire pit and absolutely gorgeous pool area, spacious kitchen perfect for us to cook in, and enough bedrooms and bathrooms to comfortably accommodate all 11 of us. The bride was screaming in excitement from the second we pulled up! On top of everything, Michael and his wife Alex left a bottled of Prosseco with a sweet card welcoming us to their home which became the first toast of the weekend. They even left a binder filled with every piece of information about the house including the Property Manager's contact info so we felt safe and prepared. Not sure if this is something all houses do, but if not, I suggest it. The only issue we ran into was the hot water in the showers. Michael and I were in contact throughout the weekend and he let us know that there was only one boiler so showers needed to be taken 10 minutes apart. If there is one thing I would change about the house that would be it. Overall, I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a quiet area with lots of space that still has the accessibility to the main streets of Southampton as well as the surrounding areas. All of our uber rides were no more than 20-25 minutes to the furthest spots. Main street of Southampton is less than 10 minutes away. I cannot thank Michael enough for giving me and my friends such a memorable experience. We will certainly be back!!!

Wonderful.

We stayed here with some close friends for the Memorial Day weekend holiday. The house was immaculate clean and everything was brand new so that was nice to be the first ones in the house. Everything was there that we needed and more. Very kid friendly. They even had toys and a gate for the steps so that your little one is always safe! Bedroom were super cozy and modern. My favorite part was definitely the kitchen and open concept of home. Definitely choose the home if you have a big group of people of family or even just friends ! It's a great home to entertain big groups. And super close to the shops and restaurants in the village of Southampton.
