High-end 60 inch Panasonic Plasma Smart TV with Netflix and other streaming services. Wii system. You're welcome to use our Peloton (must bring own shoes) and there's a ton of dumbbells.

The property is sprayed every 6 weeks with organic tick treatment. 2 different kind of beaches are 3-7 min drive away (ocean beach and bay beach), shopping/main town is 5 mins away and nearby public Red Creek Park to enjoy the outdoors - walking/hiking trails, tennis courts, basketball, baseball, etc...We're also 20 mins away from North Fork which is filled with farms for fruit and veggie picking, animals and vineyards.

The house is perfectly set up for families with two of the bedrooms not having access to the backyard/pool area in case you have small children. We also have a child pool gate if you need and plenty of toys, including pool toys. Two of the bedrooms have desks set up as well for WFH.

Upon rental, we also have a welcome memo with all the highlights of the area, favorite local restaurants, etc. for a great time in the Hamptons.
