Perfect for a family getaway

We had 5 adults and 3 teens and we were all comfortable. There was plenty to do in the house for when it rained and plenty to do around the area when the weather was nice, so many parks and fishing opportunities. The kitchen is great and had everything I needed for cooking!!

This is our second time back and we all had another wonderful weekend at this property! The log cabin gives a wonderful and cozy feel for family to be together creating memories. We enjoyed the homey cabin feeling and ambiance. Very roomy. Felt that the furniture was a little janky. It was very warm during our stay and the limited air conditioning (two window units) was not able to keep up. Was very uncomfortable at night.

Amazing Cabin Getaway!!

My family had the best time at this adorable cozy cabin! We happened to be there for a snowstorm and it couldn't have been a better place to be! The wood burning stove made it so comforting to come into after a walk in the nearby trails. Jacki goes out of her way to make sure you have everything you need during your stay and is very responsive to any questions you may have. We made such wondeful family memories and would love to go back again! Thank you for sharing this beautiful property!

Family vacation

The house was very nice. It rained the day we arrived but the kids didnā€™t care because of all the games, which was great. The record player was also a nice touch. The host was very responsive with any communications. We tried many of the recommended places to eat/things to do in the area and were not disappointed by any of the suggestions. Overall it was a great experience.

Home away from home!

Came fishing for steelhead with a few buddies for a long weekend. Jackieā€™s cabin is a great place off the beaten path that is so comfortable and feels like home. Jacki was available for any question we had before and during our stay. She has gone to great lengths to make sure the cabin has everything that you need and she does a great job explaining where everything is and what is available at the cabin and in the area. We will be back!

Nice experience

This cabin is a lot bigger than we thought, which is a good thing due to the rain when we stayed. There is plenty to do if you bring kids with you. We very much enjoyed the yard Yahtzee. The coffee bar is fantastic. There were a lot of birds in the area, there was also a cardinal complete with babies in the bush right next to the dining room window which gave a nice morning call. It was clean and "move in ready"when we got there.

While we enjoyed our stay, there were a few issues that diminished our enjoyment. The mattress is one of the rooms was quite worn/stained. The firepit outside appeared in disarray. The deck on second floor had no furniture ans shown in the photos and a really really bright light couldnā€™t star gaze at all.

Fishing get away

We were looking for a place to relax and do some fishing. This cabin was listed as air conditioned. After a day of fishing. We checked in to find the only air conditioning was a small unit in the master bedroom. The house was 82 degrees inside with fans running. The air conditioning unit was to small to cool off the master bedroom. We didnā€™t even spend the night there.
