Newly renovated ocean view condo with new living room furniture, new kitchen appliances, new LVP flooring, new furniture and beds, new painting, and new artwork. This 2 BED / 2 Bath condo is located on the 21st floor of Royale Palms, next to Hilton Myrtle Beach.

From your huge private balcony, easily accessed from living room and both bedrooms, you'll be able to dine and marvel at amazing Sunrises or lounge around as if nothing else matters in this moment. It has spectacular ocean views all the way to North Carolina.

Hilton / Embassy pools and SPLASH PARK Not Included (They do not sell pool passes).

Great vacation rental

This vacation rental was great. Plenty of space, large balcony with a great view, comfortable furniture, clean, and modern. The location was also great, in a very family oriented and safe area.

Family Visit for Thanksgiving

A great condo with a memorable view!

We truly enjoyed our stay! The decor was nice and the place was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed breakfast on the patio every morning, and the open concept layout was perfect for visiting family for dinner. 😊

Wonderful Stay

Just beautiful views from the living room and balcony, comfy beds and thoughtful touches, like a coffee bar that was stocked with coffee. This unit felt more like a home, not just a condo. Managers were easy to communicate with and responded quickly. All in all, one of our best stays in the Myrtle Area, would highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay, and check-in was seamless. A few minor issues when we arrived, but Chanda was quick to resolve them. Thank you. We are looking forward to returning shortly and we recommend Royale Palms to anyone looking for an upscale vacation at Myrtle Beach.

Good condo

The condominium was as advertised. It was also clean. We enjoyed our stay. There are immense activities to do in Myrtle Beach. The property owners were attentive.

Low Key Vacation

Everything was great, the pictures & description were exact. Had enough cooking supplies for meals and enough space in the unit to not be on top of each other & privacy. We will definitely rent this unit again.

Vacation

We have stayed at this property twice now. It’s a nice location, the cleanliness wasn’t great the first time which the owners had someone come and clean, this past visit was the same but I just cleaned it myself. The beds are comfortable and it’s a great condo. The owners are very friendly and very prompt should you need them.

Wonderful Family Trip

Stayed for 10 days, w our 3 young adult children. Condo was perfect for our family and had a great view. Only recommendation would be that owner provides pool wrist band and gym key card. We managed to use the large ocean front pool without wrist bands, but did have a run in w pool attendant one day. Not having key card for gym was not ideal for our family. Would stay here again but would be sure to book a unit that comes with these. View was great. Loved the safe location.

Pleasant experience

We were a group of 6. The stay was really good and place was clean as described. Pros - Seamless checkin process and good communication by the property manager right from checkin to checkout. Things to improve and this is not a concern. The door lock unlock was a bit of challenge. The beach view had some hinderance from nearby buildings and its not a complete view.

Amazing Condo

I have stayed at Royale Palms several times over the years, and this is the best condo yet. Very well appointed and stocked with everything you need for both cooking and fun. Several chairs, boogie and skim boards, umbrella, so easy! The decor is fantastic and the view is expansive being well above the neighboring buildings on the 21st floor. The beds and furniture are comfortable, smart tv has hundreds of channels and apps, and the internet is very fast and responsive. B2 has been great to deal with the three times we have rented through them. Attentive, excellent communication, and quick to release deposits. I look forward to next year!

A wonderful stay at an ideal location!

We stayed for the full month of November 2022 and our experience could not have been better. The communication with Chandra and Navin was excellent and the check-in procedure was easy and very efficient. The condo is just perfect. It is very spacious, well furnished and very clean. The view from the balcony is stunning and the location is perfect for us who played golf and like to shop. We are just a few minutes from the beach and a few miles from all the main roads for an easy access to golf courses and the Tanger outlets. Our experience was so great that we have rented a condo for next year. We highly recommend this unit.

Almost perfect stay

We decided to book a last minute 3 night trip to celebrate our 25th anniversary. Booking was simple and we appreciated the automatic emails with info on the "how-tos" of the property. Check-in was a breeze other than accidentally going to the other Kingston gate first (but he was super nice and got us in the right direction). It was easy to get a parking pass, cart for luggage, the key, and parking itself. It was very quiet given the off season. Building is well kept - cleaning often. The condo itself is the best part. The cleanest place we've stayed in at MB and I've been coming my whole life (40+ years!). The beds are super comfy and I LOVED the sheets. View is beautiful, although the Hilton looks run down when you look out. Powerful shower, plenty of hot water. The coffee pot does not work well with the complementary coffee, but still appreciated. Communication was great and check-out instructions very simple. Only negative is the beach access was closed, presumably due to Ida. Will be back for sure!

Stunning Views

This is a beautiful unit that had recently been updated. Everything was clean and perfect for our party of 4 adults. We were amazed at the views from this unit. No need to leave the room to see gorgeous sunrises. We have stayed at Royal Palms several times and have been more than pleased with each stay but the views from this room far exceeds any other. We will definitely return!

Wonderful trip

Second visit to this same condo

Wonderful place to stay! We have stayed in this same exact condo before and decided to go back. The kids could play in their choice of several pools as well as the beach. The beds are comfortable and the place is kept up very well. I would go back every year if I could! Definitely recommend.

For my husband, the golf course is just a few miles down the road and fishing right off the pier. For myself, I love waking up and enjoying the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony and we all enjoy the awesome sunsets covering the ocean.

It's one of the nicest places to stay in Myrtle Beach. Its private access makes for a fun family environment. The proximity to the Hilton restaurants and amenities gives you the luxury feel of staying in a hotel with the privacy of a personal home.
