Welcome to North Hampton #1609, our home away from home. Your coastal vacation begins when you enter the North Hampton, a smaller, secure, boutique-style building nestled among larger oceanfront properties in Kingston Plantation. Step inside our unit and enjoy all the comforts of home, including all new kitchen appliances and cabinets, comfortable beds and 3 new smart TVs. But the best part is listening to sounds of the crashing ocean surf – you will never tire of it! The living room and each bedroom has its own slider leading to the large balcony, where you can enjoy the spectacular ocean view while eating a meal or sipping a beverage. The upscale North Hampton offers a quieter building with indoor and outdoor pools, yet it is ideally located directly on the beach and steps from Kingston’s best amenities, including the newest restaurant Black Drum Brewing. We want your stay to be memorable and have done our best to ensure you enjoy this wonderful place as much as we do. It has free parking, and free high speed WiFi (400 Mbps).

The North Hampton Tower is an oceanfront 22 story high rise building located in Kingston Resort. The 24/7 gated entrance provides safety and security in this family friendly environment.

Embassy Suite's pools and SPLASH PARK Not Included (Embassy does not sell pool passes). Any and all outdoor pools are open April through September, they are NOT HEATED.

Weekly and monthly discounts available. $500 security deposit held.

July 12-19 Stay

The resort and condo were very clean. Only steps away from the beach with great views from the balcony. Stayed with family, six altogether, and was very comfortable. Great location. We’d stay here again.

Comfortable stay in a nice location

Everything was great, from the views to the cozy beds and little extras like coffee & sugar. Nice little brew pub nearby but only the one place to eat was walking distance. Plenty of Ubers to get around though. Beautiful soft sandy beach, you can walk for miles. Would gladly recommend.

Another Great Stay

Our family of 4 (wife, husband, son and DIL) enjoyed staying at this lovely condo again this summer. The condo is so clean and provides a sparkling view to the beach as well. Kingston Plantation itself is located near the Tanger Outlets and the little Myrtle Beach Mall in case there is rain in the forecast. Other attractions (Barefoot Landing, Carolina Opry and Broadway at the Beach to name a few) are also not that far away. Check in and check out were a breeze. We would definitely stay here again.

Beach weekend 23

We live 1 1/2 hours away and went to the beach to celebrate our oldest daughter's birthday. My husband and I plus our daughter's family of 4 enjoyed staying in this condo. It met our needs for space (beds and baths) and the proximity to beach was terrific. The area put is easy reach of restaurants and other entertainment while we were there. The check-in and out process was super easy and would definitely consider staying here again.

Wonderful Vacation!

This place is amazing! The unit is wonderful, spacious, beautiful, great views, inside and out, close to everything, fabulous! The property is secure; the environment is lovely. My nieces and I did not want to leave the balcony. All rooms face the ocean. The furniture is beautiful. I would highly recommend this unit for a fantastic vacation! Great service!

Everything we needed!

I loved this place,! Everything was as described. It was super clean, which is really important to me. The host was very receptive from the start. They had a basement locker with a couple beach chairs and an umbrella. This was a game changer! We didn't have to carry it everything up and down and get sand everywhere.

This rental was exactly as shown in the pictures. It was in a great location with easy access to restaurants and theaters. It was very well stocked with anything and everything you would need to cook your meals. Washer and Dryer worked perfectly, elevators were clean and quick from floor to floor. Great ocean view, large balcony, easy beach access. I can not say enough good things about the memories that we made during our stay. With all the great things I could say about this rental, I want to mention the host Navin & Chanda Enand,as they answered all my questions quickly. Communication was excellent.

North Hampton: Ideal Beach Location

North Hampton 1609 was exactly what my family was looking for! From beach access to the balcony view to the storage cage for beach chairs! Unit 1609 was clean and ideal for a family of four (2 college-aged children)...not too big, not to small, especially for only five days. The managers of the property, Nevin and Chanda, were prompt, friendly, and helpful during the rental time - thank you! Kitchen was well stocked with dining needs; all food (including items like spices & oils are the responsibility of the renter, so plan accordingly). Pictures accurately represent the condo; beds were comfortable. I honestly don't have a negative comment; I'd definitely vacation at NH1609 again!

This condo has everything!!!

This condo is the one! The unit was truly fantastic for our family. The kitchen was loaded with everything you could need including dishwasher pods and dish soap, coffee, sugar, and laundry pods. The balcony and view is fantastic and made for wonderful meals with a view. The condo is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Parking was super convenient and very convenient to area attractions. Owners were very responsive and helpful. We actually messaged that the umbrella was missing and they delivered a brand new one without hesitation or being asked to do so. Very helpful and quick to reposed to any questions we may have had throughout our stay. Had a very enjoyable long weekend Birthday trip with my family and Looking forward to booking again soon!!

Great balcony and view but accessibility concerns within unit

We enjoyed our stay at North Hampton 1609. The hosts were good to work with and check in was easy. We really enjoyed the quiet location and the building was really nice. The oversized balcony and ocean view were great. The unit was clean and well appointed. The beds in the second bedroom could use upgrading as they are thin and a little too firm for our liking but that’s just our opinion. Parking is close by but there is no covered parking for guests which was a bummer. Overall though I would recommend this unit for almost anyone….except wheelchair users. Our daughter is a full time wheelchair user and is not ambulatory. The main living areas of this unit are navigable and the lip heading onto the balcony was manageable. The hallway and bedroom entrances were very tight and the wheelchair barely fit. The closets were not accessible nor were the bathrooms. I had to carry my daughter into and out of the bathroom during our stay. We weren’t expecting a full handicap accessible bathroom but we were expecting to be able to access the bathroom. This unit is a great unit in a great location otherwise and I would recommend it to everyone except wheelchair users. Thank you!!

Great Landing Spot for a Beach Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at 1609 Hampton, arriving on a Friday afternoon. Check in through the gate and into our building was seamless. We are very familiar with the Myrtle Beach area, but this was our first experience with the condos associated with Kingston Plantation.You can unload your luggage (both luggage and grocery carts are in the lobby) and then park just across the way. The unit is lovely and clean. The view from the balcony is terrific (the balcony is wide with plenty of options for seating, including an outdoor table and chairs). With 4 adults, we appreciated all of the seating options in the living room. There is not a separate dining area inside, but the kitchen counter is extra wide with seating for 4, and there is also a small round dining table and 2 chairs tucked in. The kitchen is well appointed with plenty of plates, glassware, cutlery and various pots and pans. The unit is quiet at night and we slept well on the very comfy beds. The primary suite closet is a bit tight. There is a king size bed, full dresser and a large nightstand should you need more storage. The 2nd bedroom has 2 full beds, dresser and closet. Each room has sliding glass door access to the balcony. Blinds are not blackout, but again the balcony is deep so the sun is not blinding. We had a small issue with the primary bedroom tv. Owner response was fast and effective. The only item not present was shampoo and conditioner, but we just picked those up at the grocery store. Loved our stay!

Great location/clean unit

We typically stay at the Royale Palms which is next door to this building but decided to try Northampton because there were no available rooms at RP. We love the Kingston Plantation area because it’s convenient to just about everything. We were very happy with our unit. It was clean, spacious, and well stocked with everything we needed. The owner was always quick to respond to our calls and texts and was very friendly to talk to! We will likely be staying here again.

The living room, dining room and kitchen areas have been converted to one great room area with a large granite dining bar. The ceilings have been coffered and the floors tiled throughout. Most of the furniture has been updated including a new grey leather sofa. All rooms have new window treatments that easily open to great ocean views. The master bedroom is over-sized with a small closet and private bath with double sinks, granite counters and tiled walk-in shower with a rain head.

This is a beautifully decorated, generously appointed two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo with oceanfront views, making it perfect for a beach vacation. With comfortable living areas, good sized bedrooms, luxurious bathrooms and all the creature comforts of home you'll want your vacation to last forever!

Located in the North Hampton building within the prestigious Kingston Plantation, you are only steps from beach side pools, miles of walking paths, or of course the sands of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean beach! While Kingston plantation has everything you need for a vacation, you are only minutes from all of the shopping, shows and attractions that Myrtle Beach has to offer.
