Panama City Beach Vacation

We had an absolute blast the apartment was right on the beach, we had a covered walkway to parking which was covered also, was able to enjoy the beach with easy access.

THE place to be at PCB!!

National Home School Football Champions

We where there for the Championship. Our team is now #1 in the Nation. It was a great stay. We brought our whole family and stayed for 2 weeks through Thanksgiving. We loved our stay and will be coming back year after year until our children faze out of the football program. Thank you for helping to make this stay special!

Amazing property and location...

We had an amazing time at this property. Exactly as described !! The check-in process was smooth and parking was so convenient. Access to the beach is just getting down the elevators. Everyone in the group had so much fun !! Just pack an extra blanket if you feel cold during the night. Not many extra blankets in the property. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone. Thanks for making our weekend so memorable !!

Loved it just wish they had a vacuum!

Gorgeous and spacious condo. We had 6 adults and 4 kids. The high chair was great to have. Overall a great stay. It would have been 5 stars if we would of had a better option to get all the sand off of the floor. Better brooms since there isnt a vacuum. Full size bunk beds were great for that added sleeping space.

Security needs to be better

Everything was good up to the point where a woman got in through the first door to our condo. It has a main door then 2 other doors that have all key pads My daughter was in the room with her baby and it scared her. The woman made excuses and hurried out the door. She was a worker there. We called security but they said they would check on it but we never heard anything back. But somehow she had the code to our condo. A little scary when you have small children with you.

Property was nice- Condo needs improvement

NO storage for food in kitchen.NO kitchen counter space.NO storage or counter in guest bathroom. Curtains do not block out the sunlight or help with keeping it cool inside condo. Plugs in guest room will not hold plugs in them. NO vacuum to get up any of the sand in condo. Tried the broom but it needs to be replaced. Mattresses need to be rotated or even replaced. Ice maker makes very little ice. Condo is decorated very nice but not a good thing for families with small children- lots of breakables around. Pools, Splash area and beach are amazing. Be prepared to wait a while for the elevator. Not sure that I would go back to this particular unit. For the price paid you would expect a lot more.

What a hassle!!!

When we finally got up to our room after waiting 30 minutes for an elevator, the access codes that where emailed to me did not work. I was finally able to get a hold of someone with utilities and after several tries we where able to access the main door and door A. Door b did not until the locksmith came the next day. The kitchen had a terrible odor that we later found to be coming from the bottom of the waste basket that’s appears to Not be on the list of items to clean. The house had several broken items including toilet handles and window shades and the living room coffee table had a poorly installed glass top that was to big for the table and cut two guest. The pull out bed mattresses where nearly nonexistent and painful to sleep on. I would not recommend to a friend or family member.

We enjoyed the property. There was a broken hideaway bed in one bedroom that limited sleeping arrangements.

Mini Family Vaca 2019

Great condo! Everything was exactly as pictured. The room with the bunk queens would be best suited for older kids as opposed to a family of four (with small kids). Also, the "master suite" with the kitchenette was so nice for the new family that had a young baby. The only "complaint" about that room was that an odor was lurking just inside the door that we could never figure out! Maybe a dead rat up in the ceiling??? My grandkids loved the splash pool area and are already asking to go back next year. I would suggest reserving this rental thru Panhandle Getaways to avoid an additional fee of 10% when booking through VRBO, which I didn't find out about until after the fact. Overall, a great stay!!
