New appliances in 2022, Keurig coffee maker, dish and cutlery sets. Thousands of dollars in upgrades. This is our second home and it is decorated and furnished for comfort and convenience!

Splash is the vacation spot in Panama City everyone is talking about! Splash is one of Panama City’s newest Resorts on the beach and is a real Family Vacation! Kids will enjoy children’s pool parks with water slides, spray toys and other interactive water toys, and a lazy river ride! Mom and Dad can escape to the fitness center, the Jacuzzi, the beachside bar & grill, or to the beachside activity lawn.

Splash is located in Panama City Beach on the West End of Front Beach Drive and is Family fun at its finest. Outside your door is an expansive 400 feet of crystal clear emerald Gulf waters and soft snow white sand beaches.

Stretch out in the sun or take a dip in the Gulf. Here you can relax while the kids dive into big fun! Splash has easy access to Pier Park shopping, movies and restaurants (approximately 2 miles away) and quick access to the shops and restaurants of Highway. 30-A's Rosemary and Seacrest Beaches (approximately 7 miles away).

Starting January 1, 2026, there is a $40 PER VEHICLE registration fee paid to Splash Owners Association upon arrival that includes wristbands for your entire group and parking pass is $40 per vehicle, not per person.

Lets just say to be nice, we will not being staying at Splash again! When we needed to get help with the noise from the above unit the security guard could not be reached -the mail box was full to even leave a message, the rooms had some cleaning issues, the beach chairs are definitely placed too close in-between, several umbrellas needed replaced for safety. The spikes of the umbrella were exposed(When the beach chair guy was told, he put it back out the next day) The beach chair service was a joke period.

AWESOME

The condo was great, very spacious, well stocked plenty of room for everyone and the best amazing views of the beach!!! And the Host Jen was absolutely wonderful…she’s great!!! We will definitely stay here again in the future!!! As my husband is in a wheelchair and we have to use a lift and he’s wheelchair bound at all times except for me putting him in the bed, that tells a lot bc everything was accessible for us in the room and spacious to get him around and in the bed etc!!! GREAT PLACE!!!

Amazing

This condo was amazing. There was plenty of space for our group of 7. We were on the 4th floor which made it easier to get to where we were going vs a higher floor. The condo had everything we needed to prepare meals, and even 2 coffee pots, a traditional and a Keurig. Not many condos offer each bedroom with their own private balcony. Very clean and close to many attractions. The kids enjoyed the splash pad, pools, and lazy river. We walked across the street to Alvin’s island, for any beach needs and an ice cream parlor. Very convenient. The first evening when we were settling in, we noticed the Wi-Fi did not work. I reached out to the owner and received an immediate response. There was an issue with the entire resort that was resolved that same evening. I was amazed how quickly they responded. I definitely recommend this unit for an all around wonderful vacation. Don’t forget to check out the local springs. They are a refreshing break if everyone gets sunburnt on the first day like we did. Thanks again for giving us the opportunity to enjoy your beautiful condo is this awesome splash resort, Mandy

Fall Vacation

One teip to always remember. Everyone had a wonderful time. The unit was fantastic. Plenty of room for all 7 of us. Our host was excellent. I can’t say anything negative about our condo for the fact she asked if anything needed her attention to let her know the first day so it could be resolved beach service and pools were great. And yes there are only 2 elevators. But we used the stairs a couple of times, thanks for the condo being on 4th floor.

We love Splash. We have stayed several times and plan on staying again. The only things we wish were better is the elevators and a ramp instead of steps to the beach. The lady at the check in is also so friendly and Micheal at the chair rental is the best.

Great vacation

We stayed in 401west had a great time, our granddaughters loved the kids play area, Jen was wonderful to speak with, we had a few issues with the TV, but other than that had a great Vacation and will definitely come back again..loved it..

Great Place to Vacation

Great room, pools and wading pool for kids are awesome. Food at pool and in hotel was great! We f you have kids this is the place to stay. It was booked but seem to always have room in the pool and access to amenities.

Family Vacation

If you are looking for the perfect place to go with kids this is it! The condo was just as advertised! Spacious with plenty of dishes, pans, towels etc. perfect location on the beach. Pools both shaded and full sun. Property manager very responsive and check in check out Wasa breeze. If there was any complaint, the property could use more elevators but this is the 4th floor so stairs weren’t a bad option! If we travel with family to PCB in the future would definitely stay here again!

Splash 401 west

The condo was well stocked with kitchen supplies. The layout of the condo was perfect for our family. Very appreciative of the quick reply from Jen the host of any questions we had. The condo had several items for use that you don’t have in many condos. The only downside we had for the Splash resort in general was the elevators very slow, hard to find luggage carts on check in and checkout, and the need for a ramp to access the beach.

Great for the kids!

We had 5 adults & 5 kids & loved this condo. Plenty of room & all 3 balconies had an ocean view. Kids loved it as there was a variety of pools for them to choose from when they weren’t swimming in the ocean. Property owner was super nice and very helpful. Would highly recommend!

Family vacation

We had a great time. Really was thankful for the bedroom with the kitchenette. It was perfect for the couple with the newborn. It was completely quiet for baby and convenient for late night feedings.

Great stay

This condo is an excellent choice for family and young children. The splash pad was nice and clean. The room was also very nice with all the cookware you need to prepare your own meals. I highly recommend this condo.

One of the best family vacation in years!

We really enjoyed the stay. The property was very relaxing and the beach chairs that were included was a very nice plus! The kiddos loved the splash pad they played their hearts out. The rooms were spacious and the view was fantastic! We will definitely look at renting this property again…. Thank you Jen for the great vacation place !!!!

My husband and I are originally from Boston. We now reside in Henderson, Nevada with our two girls, ages 7 and 9.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

Originally, we were looking in South Florida. A friend of ours owns a unit at Splash, and they got us interested in the Gulf Coast. We came down for a visit and fell in love with Splash, and decided this would be a great place for our girls to vacation, as well as a wise investment.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The fact that our unit was a 2nd home and had never been in a rental program before 2016 (the unit is immaculate) was a huge draw. We also love that it is a low floor, end unit so it is easily accessible by stairs should we need them. The views from the balcony are breathtaking and we enjoy watching the wildlife!
