Very clean, family friendly, nonsmoking 3rd floor unit with no one above you. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and the living room has a sleeper sofa with a queen sized upgraded mattress, and the second bedroom has twin bunk beds and a full bed. There is a pool on site with a shallow shelf for your little ones, and the beach is just a short drive away. Within walking distance you can go out to eat donuts, pizza, burgers and frozen yogurt. You can also walk to CVS for anything else you may need or there is and Island Market/IGA just down the street. The swimming pool has a shallow area 1.6-2 feet deep that is perfect for small children. The pool also offers a covered area for those who want to take a break from the sun. There is a one car garage for storing fishing or sandy beach items, as well as a boat slip and lift that is available upon request. An elevator is located by the pool if you need it, and we live right here on the island in case you need anything at all!

Other than the miles of beaches, there is a variety of things to do in the area. Fishing is in our blood and we would love to point you in the right direction. We have a boat slip that is available upon request at no extra cost and there is also a fish cleaning station for your use. Very nearby is shopping at souvenir shops, golfing at Oso Beach or Lozano, Treasure Island Golf & Games for miniature golf, and horseback riding at Horses on the Beach. Just across the bridge is a trampoline park, Jumping World, and Funtrackers with bumper boats, bungy dome, ropes course, go-carts and more. If you want to go into Corpus Christi, there is Century movie theater, WWII aircraft carrier USS Lexington, Texas State Aquarium, Hurricane Alley Waterpark, South Texas Botanical Gardens, Bowlero, or La Palmera Mall.
