Of British origin, I founded my vacation rental company 'Pad à Terre' in 1999 as an alternative to 4-5 star Paris hotels for a discerning clientele seeking more space for less yet no compromise on their usual standards of comfort. Our unique offer, consistent commitment to professional business practice standards and service, strict adherence to market regulations ensure us a nice position in the high-end segment of a mass Paris’s vacation rental sector.

We buy properties specifically for the vacation rental market. We renovate to a high standard with an excellent architect and are committed to maintaining these standards. We refresh regularly.

The apartment faces South, is bright and quiet. On the 3rd floor of an elegant 19th Century Hausmannien building in the heart of the Marais. There is an elevator, somewhat of a rarity in this historical neighbourhood.

The Place des Vosges, Picasso Museum and many other galleries and museums are within walking distance. As for restaurants and shops, you are simply spoilt for choice. The closest metro stop is a block away, main bus routes pass nearby. That said, it’s central location means that the best way to get around is by foot.

The apartment is a high-end luxury product and sleeps 6-8 people – very comfortably. Beds are the most comfortable: 2 King-Size, 2 singles (join to make a Queen Size bed). The sofa has been specifically designed for everyday use, offering the comfort of a high quality bed and is easy to use (no cushion removal required). We embrace hotel standards of hospitality; all bed and bath linens are of the finest quality Egyptian cotton.
