Beautiful VRBO. This property had everything we needed for our week stay. Virginia is an excellent host. The beds and furnishings were in excellent condition. We really appreciated the coffee and bathroom amenities that was provided. Thank you Virginia for being such a gracious host!

Fabulous Paris getaway!

Awesome location. Had everything we needed. Plenty of room to spread out. Loved the balcony to sit out at night and have a glass of wine. Highly recommend!

Paris Dream

Felix was an amazing host and the apartment was fantastic. It was incredibly clean and well equipped with everything to make our stay comfortable (the AC was a super plus!) We loved the easy access to great restaurants, the metro, and the bustle of everyday Parisian life. We would definitely consider renting this place again. This was a rare find!

Spacious, quiet apartment close to everything

This apartment is beautifully remodeled with everything you need for a home base in Paris. It is in a lively neighborhood with an iconic arch just down the street. A great bakery steps from the front door. Felix is the best host we have ever experienced. Friendly, informative, and non-intrusive. He answered all our texts during our stay and was a pleasure to meet. The apartment is blissfully quiet! Loved it.

Location & area

A lovely space that has plenty of areas to relax & spread out with you and many guests. Including a great little outdoor deck. Also love the location with the street having lots of great restaurants, a fantastic bakery across the street, grocery stores just out the door and great coffee nearby as well. Felix & Virginia were also extremely attentive - will stay again!

Very comfortable to stay

Overall the property was what we expected and more. Clean and spacious, it is located near the metro, several good restaurants and a great patisserie. 3 bedrooms and 3 baths made getting ready quick and the host was responsive when we requested top sheets. The only issues were the AC in the master bed was not strong enough for our liking as well as the entry was a little difficult with a thin stepped winding stairway, but not enough to cause many problems with our group of 60 somethingā€™s. We highly recommend the property.

Magical Stay in Paris!

Felix and Virginia were the best possible hosts! This spacious, immaculately clean and exceptionally well- appointed property was perfect for us. The neighborhood was vibrant, with many restaurants, markets, a wonderful boulangerie, a pharmacy and other shops. There were also two national-chain supermarkets and a natural foods market. The Metro was a 5-minute walk, which made getting around super easy. Our hosts could not have made our stay more enjoyable. The listing describes the property perfectly, but it's hard to describe how incredibly comfortable we were and how much staying here made an already magical vacation even more so.

Amazing stay in Paris

Our stay in this apartment was perfect. The space was perfect for our group of 7 people (3 couples and a single friend). The location is incredible, walking distance to many cafes, bars, and restaurants in a lively neighborhood and right at a main metro stop. The hosts are very friendly and communicative, ensuring we checked in successfully and knew how to use all the features of the apartment. I highly recommend this VRBO, especially for medium groups and medium-long term stays.

Family visit to Paris for 10 days

Great location, comfortable spacious apartment, everything we needed and more. The host was super helpful and even arranged luxury transport from and to the airport. Lots of local eateries right outside our door and the best bakery across the street. Metro 2- 3 minute walk from the apartment. AC was great, living comfortable with a nice TV. Wi-Fi was consistent

Great Thanksgiving here

The apartment was really nice. Virginia was great. Location was good too. Everything worked and there was plenty of room for all 3 of us. Thank you for a great Thanksgiving. Entrance hall once you come into the building could use a paint job, but we have noticed several building are like that in France.

Wonderful Apartment!

The accommodations at this property were outstanding. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Communication with the owners was great and they were very accommodating to our early arrival. Located in a very vibrant neighborhood filled with amazing restaurants, patisseries and markets. A two minute walk to the metro. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. We had a wonderful Paris vacation!

Beautiful apartment in a great location

Everything about this apartment is beautiful and new, exactly as the pictures show, and we enjoyed our weeklong stay in this apartment with our four children (ages 16-23). The three bedrooms and three bathrooms are great, and the kitchen is huge. The host was very helpful to us upon arrival. The location is really great: there is a Metro station right there that is served by three different lines, so you can be anywhere in Paris in just a few minutes (get the Ile-de-France Mobilites app). The neighborhood itself has lots of restaurants and stores and there is a great bakery (Alexine) right across the street. We enjoyed several meals in the apartment as well. We would definitely stay at this apartment again.

Great apartment

We loved the apartment. Plenty of space for two couples. Apartment was as described. Neighborhood is immigrant working class, lively area, but inside apartment was very quiet. Many restaurants and grocery stores and bakeries at our doorstop. Short walk to nearest metro. Great place as a base in Paris. We would stay there again.

Awesome home base

We stayed for a week in late spring with 8 people. A few had to sleep on couches but they were comfy. Having A/C throughout and laundry was very nice and not too common. Overall we had a great stay with the location being central, within steps from the metro and with tons of eating and shopping. Friday night partying was off the hook in this neighborhood, but once inside you would barely know it was happening. Felix and Virginia are great hosts too. Can't ask for much more.

This was our first time traveling to Paris. We arrived at Felix' apartment late Sunday evening and many of the surrounding area had closed. TBH, I wasn't sure about the area. But in the morning, the stores were open, the awesome bakery was open, and the area took on an entirely new life. In the end, we loved it. Now we're back in Arizona missing the Triumphant Arc, the restaurants and croissants. Oh yeah, site note, the airport lost my luggage, and Felix went out of his way trying to help. He contacted the airlines to make sure they would reach out to him so he could open the apartment to receive the bag. He caught contact informational errors and had them corrected. I mean - who does this? Felix did. That is more than just a host. Totally recommend everything about this listing.

Excellent stay in Paris!

This spotless 3-bed, 3-bath home became our home-away-from-home for more than a week as we explored Paris on a 3-generation family vacation. We were not sure what to expect as we opened the almost hidden outside door and made our way up the dark stairs between two restaurants. The door to "our" apartment opened up to a bright clean space with a full kitchen, washer and dryer and plenty of space for all to spread out. The neighborhood has everything you could ask for in food, wine, bakery, grocery supplies and a nearby metro stop. We bought fresh produce, charcuterie and cheeses almost daily for a relaxing dinner in. Abdou was hired to assist our group of 6 (with booster seats!) to get to and from the airport and even Disneyland.It was perfect stay. Thank you, Felix!

This is a large apartment in a great location. The other good reviews are accurate as is the description on VRBO/Expedia. This area is safe with innumerable dining options within walking distance for every price point, as well as numerous groceries. Felix is great. We arrived 1.5 hours before anticipated and our early arrival was easily accommodated. Maybe add more bathroom lights for those of us from the US.

As others have commented the entrance is suspicious but once inside the unit it is great. Unfortunately, during our stay there was noisy renovations work during the day. Love the unit and would recommend Andre (Canada)

Great apartment

I cannot say enough about the hosts and the communication. Gracious, informative and professional come to mind. The apartment was also wonderful - spacious, extremely clean and comfortable. All amenities were great. Sadly, the entrance and building are old, dirty and there was a leaky pipe above the ante door to our unit that dripped on us as we came and went. This is the reason for 4 stars. Great bakery and market a few steps from main door. During the day, the neighborhood is fine. Lots of people at night but a bit sketchy.

Awesome Apartment

This property by far exceeded our expectations. Virginia was lovely meeting us on arrival and showing how things worked in the apartment. She was more than happy for us to contact her with any queries. The apartment had everything we needed from a kitchen that had every appliance possible and was very well stocked to the most comfortable beds and pillows! The "little extras" supplied were wonderful as most apartments don't have these. The apartment is located within a few steps of the Metro and is a superb location. We would certainly recommend this apartment to family and friends and will definitely stay here again when we visit Paris. Thank you for an awesome time in Paris. We were very sad to leave.
