Indoor Living/Entertaining Spaces: Enter through French doors off the expansive 1000 square foot deck into a chef's kitchen with two Sub Zero refrigerators and freezers, a six burner Wolf gas range plus griddle, granite countertops, convection/microwave oven, two dishwashers and two sinks. The open layout extends from the kitchen and large island with seating, to a dining area with seating for eight, and a living room with a big flat screen TV. Off the kitchen and dining area, is the attached "Barn" Bar. This 900+ square foot/two-level hang out space, was featured on the cover of "The Wall Street Journal Real Estate Section" (https://www.wsj.com/articles/nantucket-homeowners-shake-last-call-by-building-their-own-bars-11567006830) as one of the best and most fun home bars on the island. Complete with a pool table, 22' shuffleboard table, antique backgammon/game table, over 500 one-of-a-kind collectors sports memorabilia, four TVs, and a full wine and beer garden set up. This unique entertaining space is the ultimate party spot for any occasion. Outdoor Living/Entertaining Spaces: Relax on comfortable chaise lounges by the outdoor pool while kids and family play Bocce or corn hole on the manicured and large lawn. The ever-blooming gardens over-flow with perennials and many varieties of blue, purple, and rose hydrangeas. There is a top-of-the-line large grill station, seating for 10 at the deck dining table, and an outdoor seating area where you can enjoy a cocktail and some of the best sunsets in the world. There is also a single twin bedroom. A full bathroom with a combination tub/shower, and a half bath completes the first floor. Lower Level: A beautiful and charming apartment suite with a full kitchen, dining area, and living room with a sectional couch and TV. There is a queen bedroom, a bedroom with two twin beds, and a nursery with a crib (which can be converted to 2 twin beds), along with one full, and a one-half bathroom. Additional Amenities: Two laundry rooms, all the sporting and beach equipment that you would ever need, and much more! Just added for the 2025 season is a brand new family/movie room.
