4 km of near-deserted beach on your doorstep! The villa benefits from dramatic mountain views to the rear and unobstructed panoramic views of the Mediterranean coastline and Akamas Peninsula to the front.

The sunset here is magic and takes center stage right in front of the villa nearly every day of the year.

Upon entering the villa you will find the air-conditioned living room furnished with cream leather sofas. For entertainment you will find internet TV, wireless internet connection, DVD player and Sony stereo with USB port.

Adjacent you will find an open plan, fully equipped kitchen with granite worktop featuring an oven & hob, fridge/freezer, a microwave, dishwasher, coffee percolator, juicer and more. On this floor is also located a dining area with large teak dining table which comfortably seats up to 8 guests.

Two bedrooms are situated on the ground floor; one double bedroom with en suite bathroom, and one twin bedroom with an en suite shower room. A guest toilet is also located on the ground floor.

The two remaining bedrooms are located on the first floor. The master double bedroom with en suite bathroom, and a further twin bedroom with en suite shower room. Both of these bedrooms have large balconies from where fabulous panoramic sea views can be enjoyed.
