Enjoy your Sanibel Island vacation getaway at Sundial A306, this one-bedroom unit is directly beachfront with the closest building to the beach located at Sundial Beach Resort on the East-end of Sanibel Island. This third-floor one-bedroom island resort condo offers an elevator, features a spacious open concept living area and kitchen including a washer and dryer that is perfect for families, entertaining, or enjoying as a couple! Sundial Beach Resort is approximately a 12-minute drive to the Sanibel Lighthouse Beach and Fishing Pier, and is just a few minutes to the Heart of Sanibel where you will find an abundance of restaurant options, boutique shops, and more - easily accessible by bike or car! Your adventure in paradise awaits...

CONDO FEATURES

Featuring a King bedroom, sleeper sofa, and bathroom with walk-in shower, Sundial A306 can sleep up to four guests, and includes plenty of space to gather! During your time at this island retreat, dine al fresco on the screened lanai looking out at the Gulf of Mexico, relax in the immaculately maintained community swimming pools, and play a round or more of tennis at the on-site tennis courts! Of course, spending time on Sanibel's powdery beaches cannot be missed. Feel free to use the provided beach towels and beach equipment as you head to the beach - just steps away! Additionally, Sundial A306 is equipped with a washer/dryer so you can easily stay for a week or longer!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Dishes & forks,knives etc were not clean! Great Beach location!

We love staying at this location in Sanibel! So easy to get on the beach and there was an outstanding view from he unit! Everything was perfect for our stay!

One-Bedroom Condon at the Sundial

We liked the location of the property, as we have been staying at the Sundial for years. And we wanted a place with direct golf views. Because the rental came through this agency, however, the welcoming attitude was missing - we had to go out and buy additional soap, toilet paper, and shampoo, as the amounts provided were wholly insufficient, and, it felt, deliberately grudging. Being able to leave the keys in the condo rather than returning them to the office would also have been a more friendly gesture.

Unit A306 at Sundial is extremely close to the water, well furnished, and the kitchen well equipped. We had everything we needed to enjoy a week at the beach.

The most notable aspect was the cleanliness.

The most notable aspect was the cleanliness. Your housekeeping staff did an awesome job. Made me feel very comfortable. We love how wide the sliding doors opened and the screened balcony overlooking the beach. Overall, it was a great experience and we would stay again. I found the mattress to be uncomfortable and would bring a mattress topper if we visit again. Before my visit I had called with questions 3 different times. Each time I spoke to a different person. All were friendly and helpful. Outstanding customer service! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Look forward to dealing with them in the future.

Great place at a great quiet location

This condo had everything we were expecting and even more .recently remodeled Will definitely be staying here again and tell our friends that want to vacation in this area . The beach had hardly anyone there felt like you were all alone which was perfect .

The stay was nice. We would suggest going to room card or codes to get in the door. Too much trouble getting the key out and keeping up with it. Room was well stocked with everything we needed and very nice,clean and updated. The team was easy to work with.
