Sundial B307, my 1-bedroom condo at the Sundial on Sanibel Island has direct Gulf of Mexico views. King bed and queen sofa bed. Newly remodeled and professionally decorated with all new furnishings and artwork Remodel in 2025 with all plank tile floors (no carpeting), removal of wall for open concept living/dining/kitchen area, granite countertops and new backspash. Rent owner direct and save over adjoining Sundial Resort rates & resort fees. Our condo has a direct beachview (only a few steps to the beach), large screened lanai with sliding glass doors that open to the full width of the condo to allow for sea breezes and sounds of the surf. The condo is equipped with full kitchen: (refrigerator, range, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, coffeemaker, coffee grinder, Keurig, electric juicer, blender, toaster, and much more than you usually find in rentals). Sundial B307 offers a completely separate bedroom (not folding doors), washer/dryer, crown molding, granite countertops and Hunter Douglas Veritiglides to allow for full view. This condo is a favorite for special occasions like honeymoon, anniversary, or birthday. Self check-in.

To make you feel at home, we have a washer/dryer in unit, ceiling fans as well as air conditioning, hair dryer in bath, 2 flat screen TV's, wooden high chair, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and beach wagon. This includes beach access, wireless internet and condo pool. Open to the public at adjoining Sundial Resort . . .tiki bar, restaurants, pizza & ice cream kitchen, convenience store, tennis & pickleball (fee), spa services. Resort daycation passes are available (fee).

My wife and I stayed here for 6 nights in September 2025, during the off-season. I am not one to gush, or give reviews that embellish the truth, but this condo is great, and we would stay here again without hesitation. It has everything that you could possibly need. The bed is very comfortable, and slept well (many places that you rent-to-stay at have horrid beds, but this one is nice). The shower and water pressure is nice, and you don't have to run around in the shower to get wet. The kitchen is fantastic, with large cold frig, dishwasher and microwave. We used the Keurig coffee maker every morning, and say at on the screened porch, and looked directly at the beach. There are 2 flat screen smart tv's - one in the living room, and the other in the bedroom. The internet service is great, and clocks consistently at about 450 Gbps. There is a washer and dryer there. Everything is new-looking and modernized and clean. If anyone is hesitant about booking, don't be. Even the price was great, better than some other places that charge more, but have less to offer. You can't go wrong.

Perfect little getaway

My daughter and I snuck away to our favorite place on Earth to celebrate her 17th birthday. Our stay was perfect! The condo has everything you need and more, beach chairs, umbrella and even a wagon to haul all your beach needs if you plan to venture off the property. The condo was beautiful, spacious, clean, and fully equipped. It’s a 10 out of 10 and we can’t wait to come back again. The view every morning while enjoying my coffee was also amazing. Highly recommend!

Great view/ Great place to stay!

This condo is the perfect place to stay on Sanibel! The location is unbeatable, the parking is easy, and the space is wonderful. We enjoyed having beach chairs, an umbrella, and a wagon for the beach. It is a quick walk across the parking lot to the sand. Amenities are very convenient! Comfy bed and nice atmosphere overall!

Gorgeous Condo and VERY Clean!

My hubbie and I stayed here for the week over July 4, 2021. It was our first trip in two years bc of the pandemic. There was nothing about this condo I did not love. Very clean upon arrival with wipies left for us and masks! The ice maker worked AMAZING and we never had to buy ice for our cooler all week. Everything is updated and modern and the air worked great despite temps in the 90s. We had a tropical storm one day and could not leave the condo, but we enjoyed the lanai and we were thankful for the DVDs to watch and all he books to read. Candy was also very helpful in responding to all of our questions!

Our Experience

My husband and I came to Sanibel, for our honeymoon. We absolutely, loved staying in B307. The view was amazing, we enjoyed riding bikes, almost every evening. Candy, was very quick to respond and has a beautiful condo. We will definitely, be back to visit!!

This place was fantastic! We loved our stay on Sanibel Island. The condo is exactly like the photos. The view of the beach is spectacular. We enjoyed the lanai most nights listening to, and watching, the waves. The beach is great for shelling. Candy thought of everything you could need and had great suggestions of places to check out while there. She was quick to respond and super easy to work with. We had a wonderful experience!

Excellent condo and beach experience

This was our first time in Sanibel Island and we couldn’t be happier with our choice of locations to stay. This condo was extremely comfortable and spacious. As described in previous reviews, it is very close to the beach access and pool. The grounds are very well kept and we found it to be very quiet and relaxing. The view of the ocean from the balcony is excellent. We ate at many of the restaurants recommended by the host which were all excellent choices. We also would suggest to check out the Sandbar and George & Wendy’s. We didn’t have a bad meal once this week. We hope to return in the future and will be choosing this condo again for a relaxing vacation.

We first vacationed at the Sundial in 1990. It quickly became our family's favorite vacation destination. We took the plunge 4 years later and bought Sundial G106. Since then we have bought and sold several condos to get closer to the Gulf of Mexico. Thanks to Hurricane Ian in 2022, our condo was completely remodeled and refurnished. At that time, we added upgrades to the unit--ceramic plank tile throughout (no carpeting), crown molding, sliding glass doors that open the full width of the condo and removed the accordian door and made the bedroom separate. Bath was remodeled to add a step in shower. We also own F401 and B306 (next door), both 2-bedroom/2 bath condos at the Sundial.

This is a popular condo and any cash flow I have goes back into updating and refurnishing the unit.

The beach, the beach, the beach. When we first vacationed on Sanibel, my then 6-year old son was up before dawn looking for shell 'treasures' on the beach. It was a magical place for our family. It's so relaxing. The big decision for the day is where to go for dinner. Over 40 restaurants to chose from, but no McDonald's, traffic lights, or high rises. Ellen Creager, travel writer for the Detroit News stayed in B307 when writing a feature on Sanibel. Sanibel Island was named by famed travel writer Arthur Frommer as his #1 favorite place in the world (over Paris, Bali, NY, etc)
