Newly remodeled and professionally decorated with all new furnishings and artwork Remodel in 2025 with all plank tile floors (no carpeting), removal of wall for open concept living/dining/kitchen area, granite countertops and new backspash. Rent owner direct and save over adjoining Sundial Resort rates & resort fees. Our condo has a direct beachview (only a few steps to the beach), large screened lanai with sliding glass doors that open to the full width of the condo to allow for sea breezes and sounds of the surf. The condo is equipped with full kitchen: (refrigerator, range, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, coffeemaker, coffee grinder, Keurig, electric juicer, blender, toaster, and much more than you usually find in rentals). Sundial B307 offers a completely separate bedroom (not folding doors), washer/dryer, crown molding, granite countertops and Hunter Douglas Veritiglides to allow for full view. This condo is a favorite for special occasions like honeymoon, anniversary, or birthday. Self check-in.
