A luxury second floor apartment with amazing views of the famous surfing beach of Fistral from the balcony.

This modern apartment has been recently refurbished and newly furnished, and enjoys a fantastic position on the Pentire headland, benefitting from sea views over Fistral beach and beyond. From the balcony, sit back and relax whilst taking in the sea breeze and listen to the waves rolling up the beach.

Positioned on the quiet outskirts of the popular tourist destination of Newquay. Visit Newquay's popular destinations, Newquay Zoo, Waterworld, Blue Reef Aquarium and Dairy Land to name but a few.

Cornwall is home to numerous visitor attractions and excellent restaurants: Michelin-starred restaurants in Padstow and Port Isaac, and the world-famous Eden Project to name just a couple. Water sports and other activities abound, or you can just relax on the beach or your private balcony with a glass of wine.

Long weekend away

Amazing view and great place to stay, close to everything you’d want to do no more than 20 minute drive away from beaches and town is a 10 minute walk

Fabulous Location, Beautiful Place

We had a great experience. The apartment is lovely, clean, comfortable with great amenities. The location is ideal- fantastic views of the beach. Very close to the beach, and a short drive into town. Communication with our hosts was super easy and they are so kind. Overall outstanding place to stay!

Family Holiday

Lovely apartment in a great location the view over fistral beach 🏝️ is awesome saw some great sunsets 5mins if that from the beach on foot and a 20min walk to the town centre. Well equipped place comfy beds and a nice balcony.

Lovely spacious apartment with stunning views

Highly recommend this apartment. We stayed as a family of 3 but it can comfortably accomodate 6. Really clean and spacious, good facilties, great location a 5 minute walk onto fistral beach with stunning views. Will definitely return!

Excellent stay

The communication was excellent. The apartment was well equipped and of a high standard . The view from balcony was amazing and so peaceful. The location was great short walk to the centre and all the amenities. Would definitely recommend and we will be back again Thankyou

Lovely apartment

A really nice and spacious apartment with gorgeous sea view. The property had everything you could possibly need and was spotlessly clean. The only slight negative for us who are in our seventies was the lack of restaurants or pub close by, apart from that we really enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend the apartment.

Amazing place to stay

Had a lovely 2 week family holiday in Newquay and we were all very pleased with our apartment . It was really clean and tidy and had everything we needed. The views of Fistral beach were fantastic from the balcony and it was so handy to get to the beach down the little road at the side of the apartment building it took less than 5 mins to get on the beach. We would thoroughly recommend staying here and would definitely come back again . A great holiday !

The apartment is great, as described. The photos of the view do not do it justice. Newquay apartment stay

Flat was clean and the communication from the owner, Niamh, was v good. The balcony has great views of Fistral beach and apart from the weather we were happy with our stay. Only small complaints were the quality of bedding and the building works taking place in the area

Easter Break

This is the 3rd or 4th time we've booked the apartment which probably tells a story! Always clean, tidy and comfortable with enough space for a family of 4 or 5. Its 5 minutes to the beach and 15 minutes walk into town which makes it ideal for an active break. The view from the balcony is fantastic we'll definitely stay again!

A home with a view

We had a wonderful trip to Cornwall, made even better by Jon and Niamh's lovely apartment. The apartment has amazing views of Fistral beach and the beach can be accessed by a very quick 5 minute clamber down the rocks, which was ideal for our family. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, and Jon and Niamh were really responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

Excellent Property in a Quiet and Convenient Location

This is an excellent property in a quiet location that is convenient for good beaches and a good route into and out of Newquay that avoids the busy town centre. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen that includes a washer/dryer. The view of Fistral beach, which can be accessed in a 10 minute walk, is superb. If we return to Newquay in the future we would use this apartment again.

Stunning views, perfect apartment, close to everything

Beautiful and well appointed apartment so close to town and the beach. We had plenty of space for 4 people and the 2nd bathroom was a real bonus. The washer dryer was another bonus in such a small but well-appointed and functional kitchen, which we used a lot! Beds were so comfortable and we slept well. The balcony afforded fresh air all the time and a stunning wine-time view of the ocean. A minor challenge getting the key situation figured out but no big deal. Couldn't have been a better visit at Fistral Beach.

The best term break for my son

The accomodation was superb! Before our travel date going to newquay, we had plans of exploring more outside places, but since the place is very homy, clean and with best sea view, we spent more time inside the flat. Every essentials are available. They have board games which my son enjoyed. Thank you so much as we had our quality time that we never experience in London. We will definitely back and book the same accomodation. The owner is very accomodating and made sure the transaction is smooth.. Thank you

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit einem tollen Blick. Moderne gepflegte Ausstattung, hätte nur etwas besser gereinigt sein können. Eigener gesicherter Parkplatz am Gebäude. Schneller Zugang zum Fistral Beach, nur etwas entfernt vom Ortszentrum, aber fußläufig gut erreichbar. Viele Informationen vorab, freundliche Kommunikation und schnelle Antwort auf Rückfragen.
