Our bespoke Rocklands 35 welcome includes a personal meet and greet from Nino, together with tea, coffee and fresh milk bought especially for each arrival, so guests can settle in with a cuppa. We put a great deal of care into that personal welcome, rather than providing a traditional welcome basket. Thank you also for your suggestions about toiletries and dog bowls. Our approach has been shaped by feedback from guests who prefer to bring their own familiar products and pet essentials, alongside our wish to minimise single-use toiletry packaging.
