Peace, quiet and plenty of beach

We have some great weeks left this spring and a few for the summer of 2024, so come and enjoy our beautiful ocean-front home. It is waiting for you and your family to enjoy. Our home has the space and location for a great vacation.
Our beach house is located in beautiful Topsail Beach, N.C. From the moment you walk in you'll be wowed by the large windows overlooking the beach and ocean. The large living spaces give you plenty of room to relax and spend time with the ones you care about. Whether you are looking to cook a great meal, relax in the living room with a good book, or sit at the dining room table playing games with friends and family, you can do it all while soaking in the great views of the ocean and beach.
The property features a large deck and a dune top platform for sunbathing and watching the world go by as you sit at the ocean's edge. We have direct, private access to the beach.
The main level features a master suite with its own deck looking out over the ocean, two other bedrooms and a second bathroom. The living room is large, stretching from the front to back of the house. The front wall of the living room is nearly all windows, giving you a great view of the ocean and beach. The kitchen is also large with two sinks, a microwave, a kitchen island with plenty of counter space for fixing a sandwich or a gourmet meal. The dining area is part of the kitchen and has comfortable seating for 12. Again, the front kitchen wall is practically one large window so you can enjoy your meal while watching the sea.
The lower level has the fourth bedroom that can sleep four, a third bathroom, a bonus/game room and a garage.
We also have an elevator for our guests.
Our walkway and deck feature an outdoor shower that allows you to rinse off the sand before coming inside.
Our home is ideal for families looking to spend time at the beach or large extended families looking to be together in a beautiful setting.
The living room has a 50-inch flat-panel TV. The master also includes a flat-panel television. The wifi is strong throughout the house.
The kitchen is well appointed with range and microwave. We have a coffee maker, blender, and plenty of dishes, bowls and pots and pans. We also have a large electric griddle if you need to make a mess of pancakes.
The washer and dryer are conveniently located off the kitchen.
Please note that is a 7-day, Saturday-to-Saturday only rental. Check in is typically 5 pm Saturday with check out the following Saturday morning at 10 am.
We do not provide linens or towels or beach items like chairs or umbrellas.
We'll consider one dog up to 50 pounds for an extra $100 fee but contact me ahead of time so we can talk.
There are four grocery stores within a 15 minute drive of the home (IGA on the island in Surf City, Food Lion and Publix on the mainland and Harris Teeter near Highway 17).
The home also features a keypad entry system so you won't need to fuss with keys. You and your family can chose your own four-digit code for the week.
