This charming villa offers a large private swimming pool (9.5 × 4 m) and panoramic views of the sea and Alicante coast, perfect for relaxing with family or friends. Located in a quiet area of Mutxamel, the property is just a 15-minute drive to Playa San Juan.

The villa features a spacious living room and well-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms (Beds: 160 x 200 cm), and two bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. Up to two additional single beds can be arranged on request at a cost of €90 per unit per stay. Towels, sheets, and beach towels are provided, and high chairs and baby cots are available free of charge upon request.

All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, and outdoor facilities such as a garden, open terrace, covered terrace, gas barbecue, outdoor shower, and garage for 2 cars with private parking. A ping pong table is also available for entertainment.

Normal electricity consumption up to20 kWh/day is included; additional usage is charged at €0.20 per kWh. A security deposit of €200is charged on-site via credit card to cover electricity usage.
