NW Westside Custom Craftsman Home-river, pubs, hot tub!
This is a fully custom crafted home on the Westside (bestside) of Bend on a nice quiet street but close to everything cool in Bend. Just down the street from Galveston and 10 Barrel, Goodlife, Drake Park, the River, the Mt Bachelor Shuttle. It is right off Century Rd that goes up to Mt Bachelor about a 25 min drive. Its about a 15 min walk to the Old Mill or Downtown right along the river. Our house is not located on a busy street or corner like many other rentals are without knowing till you get there! The hot tub is wonderful to soak in after a day of enjoying the outdoors. The house has a great vibe, lots of board games, and comfortable places to hang out and have fun!
The Master bedroom upstairs has a King bed and bathroom, the 2nd bedroom has comfty-full size bed and another bedroom with a full size bed.
The TV downstairs in the livingroom has Roku with Netflix as well as a DVD player. The TV upstairs hasa roku with Netflix. The place has Wi-fi, gas furnace heating, and a lovely Hot Tub in the backyard. The kitchen is updated with top of the line appliances and a Vita-mix. There is a washer and dryer.
Most of our personal items will be stored but some items will be around so we ask you respect and care for the place like its your own. There are 3 lovely cats that live here. They have a cat door so are free to go in and out as they please and require no care just some love and fresh water if they want it. They are easy going and mostly stay outside except to come inside to take naps and eat.
We will have a caretaker who maintains the hot tub and feed the cats but we do ask that you provide fresh water for the kitties.

We are Jeb and Lisa and live in Bend but like to travel a lot so we are renting our house while we are gone- We have 2 kids and love the outdoors and the Bend life.

Our home is very warm and comfortable and has every amenity needed to call this place home for you. Jeb is a local craftsman artist and has made many furniture and metal pieces in town- his metal work is at such places as 10 barrel, Spork, and Bos for example. We have completely remodeled our home with unique wood and metal work and furnishings throughout the house. We travel to Mexico a lot and have brought the colors and styles home with us.
O que faz essa propriedade ser única?
The home is very unique and beautiful. It has so many vibrant colors and details throughout. There will be an info book in the house with everything from our favorite restaurants, things to do, local tips, walking maps, etc. The kitchen is easy to prepare in, has everything you need to make anything- think popcorn, smoothies, slow-cooked meals, and is updated with all modern appliances. All the beds are comfortable and clean. The tv's are smart and netflix is available on them.
