This is a recently and beautifully remodeled Villa in the heart of down town and is located just about a block from the beach.
You can just walk to the shops and restaurants or you can walk to the beach in just a minute.
All bedrooms have AC so it is perfect for afternoon nap after swimming in the ocean.

For a true La Manzanilla experience indulge yourself for an stay at our Villa and you will have all amenities and beach right by you to enjoy.

You can also rent the whole Villa which will include upper terrace that has its own listing on VRBO to have a private family get together. For rate of renting the whole Villa please contact us.

Gorgeous!

The house was spacious and beautifully furnished. We loved waking up to the sound of ocean waves, bird calls and church bells. Minutes to the heart of the town and the beach. The private patio and pool were icing on the cake. Perfect for a family get together.

Wonderful Place

Very spacious, clean and relaxing. Close to the beach and all of the town amenities without having to shuffle up hill to get there!

Muy Bueno!!

Excellent friendly communication from host Alex. The place is nice and clean. Close to town and the beach. It can be noisy at night when they have events in the square. The downstairs master bedroom has a double bed NOT a King as advertised-just be aware when planning for a lot of people. We had fun!!

La Manzanilla Mexico

This property was amazing, clean and fun to stay at. We especially loved the open 3rd floor concept with the ocean view. This property is only 1 1/2 blocks from the ocean, a block from food and restaurants. I would highly recommend this house!!

Great House

The house was clean and Alex was very responsive. Be aware that the WiFi is unstable. If you are planning to work while there it will be difficult if more than one person is on the WiFi at a time. Otherwise a beautiful house in a great location. Try MiKasa for breakfast/lunch. Delicious! And a woman sells chicken tamales in the square that are fabulous.

Great location, uncomfortable furniture, only one good bedroom/bathroom

Three of us came for a writing retreat. When we went to check in, the upstairs tenants had locked the outside door, so we had to wait 15 mins for Alex to come and let us in, but then we were all set. Alex was friendly and attentive. He said the tech for the AC for the downstairs BR would be coming tomorrow, then left us to settle in. One of us has knee problems, so she got the downstairs BR, which has it's own BA. She didn't mind the lack of AC (wasn't that hot when we were there), but: 1. The BA was VERY small, 2. The sink leaked, so the next day we had to ask Alex to send a plumber, who arrived very quickly, but still... and 3. The BR is at the back of the house, with no outside windows, just shutter window/doors to the main hallway/staircase. She had to sleep with those closed, as otherwise people could look right in. I took the BR right above this BR. It had all the same issues, except it didn't have a BA, I had to cross the landing to get to the shared BA, which smelled of drain. The third MBR was enormous, with a spectacular BA, filled with light, a huge bed, and a panoramic palapa terrace. But the air was still and it was hot and stuffy, and the lamps were lovely artistic blown glass flowers but gave off either orange or red light so it looked like a bordello. There were no writing/desk tables, only the DR table and coffee tables, so it was hard to work. The sofas were all massive carved pieces, quite uncomfortable. LOVELY pool with fountain

Beyond expected!!

The stay was flawless, 1/2 block from the beach, quiet and restful stay. The sunsets were spectacular. Seafood galore. We’ll do it again next year.

A phenomenal home, great location, roomy kitchen and a great pool!

The taste with which this property has been decorated almost takes your breath away! It's lovely, spacious, is kept clean and welcoming! Josefina is also a fabulous host - gracious, and very easy to work with. She made it a truly lovely vacation! We all can't wait to go back!

All the comforts of home in LaManzanilla

We've spent multiple happy times staying in properties in the hills above LaManz (a village we adore). Villa de Corazon worked far best for us. We had a car but didn't meet it for the most part. We walked everywhere...and the walking provided it's own special pleasure....seeing the town wake up and sleep, experiencing more closely how both the locals and the snowbirds (of which there are many) lived, watching the local children romping in the ocean in the wake of the setting sun ...we could always do that but it was so much easier living, as we did, only blocks from the ocean. Villa itself was very good and Josephine was very responsive with the few concerns we expressed. Unit could use a few more dishes. Other than that mini-want, perfecto. At least for us.

Great location

There were a number of interesting deficiency’s at the house as the dryer exhaust was separated in two places. I was lucky to know someone in the neighbourhood and decided to immediately repair the venting issue myself as I had just don’t this at my residence in Canada. The main floor bathroom tap was leaking but the plumber only dropped off two drain mats to restrain the sewage aroma from drifting threw the premises. We used the dishwasher on the Friday evening for the first time of our week stay and water leaked and we mopped it up in the morning. Turned out another leak under the sink. Beautiful residence and furnishings and the jacuzzi tub is no longer in the master bath area. Nice dipping pool and easy walk to the beach, stores and restaurants.

maison spacieuse et piscine agreable

Je recommande cette grande maison, cuisine spacieuse et bien équipée. chambre des maitres immense avec belle terasse et vue sur le coucher de soleil, belle piscine ou il fait bon se relaxer. bien situé près des commerces, plages et nous avons adoré La Manzanilla.Josefina c’est bien occupé de nous car les voisins rénovaient et il y avait beaucoup de bruit, elle nous a surclassé dans une autre maison plus luxueuse encore sur la plage.

We Fell in Love with La Manz

We live near Guadalajara and have made several beach trips to the coast over the past few years, but this was the first time to La Manzanilla. There wasn't anything about this little town we didn't love! The town is the perfect size to be able to walk anywhere; yet there are plenty of options for dinners out. Found the best bakery and a morning walk for a fresh cinnamon roll was how we chose to start most days. The house was perfect for the three of us. We had plenty of space when we needed time apart; and nice places to get together for an evening cocktail. We loved the pool! Just the right size to cool off in and still be able to chat.. My one wish would be some lounge chairs by the pool...but other than that we found this home pretty much perfect for our trip.

Relaxing in La Manzanilla

My friend Wendy and I really enjoyed our stay in casa Corazon. From the moment we met Josefina we were very pleased with the place. Super clean lots of space. Would love to come back with my whole family next time. Location perfect. Just a block from the beach , restaurants and all the little storesfour your daily need.
