Quintessential Hamptons home in a private beach community. Spacious 4 to 5 bedroom home just a short walk to a private beach on Gardiners Bay, with spectacular sunsets and private marina. Light, bright and airy, this home features 4 bedrooms with extra large master bedroom and en-suite bath. Family room can be used as a 5th bedroom or playroom. Includes 3 full bathrooms, large living room with 10’ ceilings and wood burning fireplace. Dining area has seating for 8 - 10 adults with sliding glass doors to outdoor deck, perfect of entertaining. Open concept kitchen with all top of the line dish-ware, utensils and appliances. Kitchen overlooks a large backyard with large windows and a washer/dryer on the first floor.
Property is beautiful landscaped, fully fenced with large pool (heated for an extra fee), spa hot tub open all year, outdoor shower and additional pool fence. Pirate ship playground, trampoline and basketball net make this the perfect home for families. Home is equipped with central A/C, four flat screen TV's with Wifi, Apple TV, Sonos Sound System throughout the house and on the deck.
Child friendly, perfect for families and pets. All you need and more for an amazing vacation!

Loved our stay, property was very conducive to staying with children. Wish the patio was a bit cleaner but otherwise a great place to spend a few days with our young family.

Overall, our stay was okay. There is nothing terribly wrong with the property or our stay except for minor inconveniences like not having enough towels for everyone even though we had the correct headcount on our booking, pots and pans weren’t clean, hot tub not working. The location was convenient, but the property was older/more dated than what we had expected, especially the interior. The outdoor part is pretty spacious but we did not get to use much of it except for the pool as it wasn’t quite clean. You also have to bring a lot of your own items to this place as the landlord doesn’t provide for what would be “basics” at other rentals, like paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, cleaning supplies, some basic toiletries. Overall, it was fine but for the price point, it wasn’t quite worth it due to reasons listed above.

Great vacation

A clean, spacious, dog friendly escape in a quiet neighborhood

We spent 3 nights at this house with our 3 daughters and our 8 year old small pup. The house is exactly as advertised and in pictures. Overall, we had a great stay. The main living space has really high ceilings and we loved having two couch areas (one for the kids behind closed doors, and one for us to watch the news and/or read peacefully on). My husband and I stayed in the primary suite which was very spacious and had lots of closet space as well as ample drawer space. One thing we would be remiss not to mention is that the actual bed/mattress in this room needs to be replaced. It's extremely loud and pretty uncomfortable. Also, the pillows could be upgraded. We are both light sleepers and didn't sleep great because every time the other person moved, the bed made a ton of noise. In fact, I ended up sleeping in the toddler loft bed next to our bed and had a much better night sleep in that bed the last two nights. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful and I felt safe walking the dog. Its a quick walk to a gorgeous little private bayside beach. Kids loved the pirate ship and trampoline, and we all loved the hot tub. We had bad/no cell service in the house (Verizon) which was a little frustrating when trying to contact the owner regarding the pool heater not working. The owner was as responsive as he could be via email and text, and has stated he will reimburse us the addtl fee we paid for heating the pool out of season which we appreciate.

Great stay!

Our stay was wonderful! We enjoyed the house— very well set up and especially loved how child friendly it was with the pirate ship, trampoline, and games inside. The house was very comfortable overall with plenty of room for a family. I would recommend this property and would rent it again!

Close to the Beach

The home is perfectly located near the beach/bay although not ideal for swimming. Luckily the pool at the house made up for it.

Great stay

This is a lovely house with plenty of space, well appointed, high ceilings, etc. The back yard is great for spending all day by the pool, grilling, and kids playing. The neighborhood is typical Springs - quiet and serene. The house is easy walking distance to a small private beach on Gardiner's bay. The host is very responsive. Overall we had a great stay.

Great rental for families with young children

House and property as shown in the listing. Great house, open floor plan with plenty of space. Gated pool at the back of the lot so kids can safely play in the yard on the pirate ship and trampoline. Nice neighborhood beach an easy walk away. Would stay again.

Great weekend trip with family!

Property is well kept and clean, pool and hot tub were both in well working condition! Plenty of entertainment for the kids and appreciated the plentiful dishware and cooking utensils for big family meals. Owner of the home was very responsive and answered all of our questions. Only call out is I wish the shipyard playground in the backyard was better maintained. The slide covered in spiderwebs and needed to be cleaned.

Great stay!

The house was great - just as listed and very comfortable / kid friendly. There wasn't a whole lot to do in the area over the holidays but we enjoyed the house, trampoline and jungle gym.

When we found the property, we thought this neighborhood was a hidden gem with easy access to the bay and the marina. It was the perfect beach neighborhood for kids to ride bikes or play in the dunes. It’s close proximity to East Hampton town and Montauk make it the perfect location for dining and shopping.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The house is always bright and airy with the 10 foot ceilings and sun directly hitting the pool all day. What makes the property unique is the private neighborhood. The kids can ride their bikes without ever leaving the area and we feel safe. We had a custom pirate ship built in the backyard where kids can hide out and play. There is also a trampoline and a basketball hoop. My favorite part of the house is sitting on the shaded deck, and watching the kids in the pool or backyard. The pool is fully fenced and the backyard is also fenced for pet owners.
