This 4 bedroom home with an additional sleeping room has 2 full baths and 2 half baths plus an outdoor shower/changing room. It's an upside down home with the kitchen, dining room, living room, half bath, and primary bedroom en suite upstairs. There are 4 skylights which fill the upstairs with sunshine all day. The remaining 4 bedrooms and laundry room are downstairs.

There are incredible 360 degree views including a spectacular sunset view & a beautiful view of Lake Montauk from the decks and rooftop crows nest. There are over 1000sq ft of decking with stairs leading down to the the backyard, heated salt water pool, and fire pit. There is a fence with 3 self closing gates surrounding the backyard for children's safety. Ring doorbell at front door. Ring floodlight/camera which faces out to the driveway/street.

Minimum 1 week stay required during peak season.

The home is 1 block from Lake Montauk, 1 mile to the ocean at Ditch Plains Beach, 2 miles to town, and 2 miles to the docks, and 1/2 mile to The Montauk Downs Golf Course.

We had a fantastic week at the Montauk house. The house was as described and well appointed. We loved the pool and the large deck - the fact that they were both gated was a huge plus given the young ones in our group. Courtney was very responsive when needed (which was only to clarify a few points). We are considering booking another trip for next year!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Montauk home for a family gathering. The house was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. Each room was comfortable and well-appointed, making it easy for everyone to settle in and enjoy their time together.The pool was absolutely stunning and became the heart of our trip—we spent hours swimming and relaxing in the peaceful backyard. The home felt like a private oasis, and the hosts were kind and attentive throughout our stay. We made such special memories here and would absolutely love to return.

Perfect Montauk house!

We were a group of 12 people (3 families) Adults in the mid 40s and kids ranging from 7 to 9 years old. The pictures do not do it justice. The house is absolutely gorgeous. So much deck space and the pool was fantastic. All the appliances and outdoor grill were fantastic. You are also just 1 mile from the beach. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again!!

Great Spot in Montauk - Beautiful House

Perfect spot for a family gathering

We celebrated my parents' 50th Anniversary here in May and had a wonderful time. Beautiful house in a convenient location--we had everything we needed. What a special place!

Paradise found!

Words can’t adequately describe what a fantastic stay we enjoyed at Courtney’s home during Labor Day week. Impeccable layout, cleanliness and amenities were perfectly suited for our three generations of family members (ranging from 2 to 75 years young). The bedroom configurations (including crib), fully appointed kitchen, heated pool, fire pit and ~6 minute bike ride to Ditch Plains were perfect for us. We’ll be back next year!

Family vacation

We loved our stay in MTK! This was the perfect house for our family vacation. Plenty of room for all of us, my kids loved the new swing set and the pool. We can’t wait to go back next summer.

Lovely and peaceful summer stay.

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful home on Lake Montauk, along with our grown up children. We love running and cycling and taking walks, as well as going to the beach and pool. This location was ideal for those activities. It's a very sweet and charming neighborhood that feels like a little haven. The house is lovely, well stocked, comfortable and thoughtfully designed for everything you would need for a perfect summer vacation. The owners were super helpful and responsive to questions and the cleaning service is really nice and efficient as was the pool keeper. This is a great house for a quiet family vacation away from the bustling Montauk scene but near enough to everything to enjoy the area. We hope to return next summer!

A Wonderful Home and Vacation

My family just finished a week at the house, and we had such a wonderful experience. The property was amazing inside and out. My group, which included grandparents and kids ages 1-3, enjoyed spending time on the beautiful deck and having meals together throughout the week. We spent a lot of our time in the awesome pool and backyard area. The house had everything, and we couldn’t have asked for a better vacation spot. The owner Courtney was a pleasure to work with and incredibly responsive. She gave us lots of great info that helped us prepare for our stay and checked in with us during the week to make sure we were enjoying the trip.

AMAZING FAMILY GETAWAY-5 STAR STAY!

My family enjoyed a 5 star stay at Courtney's house. The property was spacious, comfortable, clean and even more beautiful than the pictures. Beyond that, the communication with Courtney was superb and the house was in a great location. We can't wait to plan our stay for next summer!

This house is the best house I’ve ever rented. The kitchen is fully equipped, the house is clean, pool and yard is built around nature, it’s lovely, so much so that I almost didn’t want to write this review, so that I could keep this house a secret! But the owner is so kind, so I had to do the right thing ;-) All around 5 stars!

Second Time Staying at this property and it was nothing but exceptional!!

We have stayed in this home before and forgot how amazing the setup, amenities and location were. We were here to celebrate my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary and all had a time to remember. We cannot wait to get back for a third time.

Great Week in Montauk!

We thoroughly enjoyed the week we spent at Bizz and Courtney's house. The location was great, very quiet and private. It was a short drive to Montauk Market for supplies or sandwiches, or to Gossman's Fish Market for freshly caught fish, without any concerns over traffic or parking. The pool was a perfect temperature and very clean, and the landscaping was beautiful maintained. The seating options on the large deck were comfortable and we enjoyed our coffee outside every morning while listening to the birds. We cooked in every other evening. The kitchen was well-equipped and we loved dining al fresco. The upstairs layout provided plenty of comfortable seating in the living and dining room area. And, with the kitchen so close by, it was so easy to interact with each other. It was the perfect beach vacation house which was reflected in the design and furnishings throughout the house. Courtney was very responsive and very gracious. We look forward to returning soon!

Vacation in Montauk with Family

Another wonderful vacation with daughters, son-in-laws and Grandkids. The grandkids loved the heated pool. also had fun at Ditch Plains Beach. Went to both favorite restaurants and a new one.

Montauk is a special place to us. My husband and our families have been vacationing in Montauk for over 40 years. We love the endless restaurants, white sand beaches, and the best surfing and fishing on the east coast.
