There are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are master suites, 3 bathrooms, and 2 sleeper sofas. Additionally, there is a bonus room that can be converted into a 4th bedroom. It is located right off of the Loop 101 freeway giving you quick and easy access to the many entertainment/sports/shopping/dining venues that the Valley has to offer-Scottsdale, Cardinal Stadium, Coyotes Arena, Westgate and P83 entertainment and dining destinations, and all spring training facilities. This completely remodeled home sits on 2 1/2 acres of grass and mature citrus trees giving you and your guests plenty of privacy and your pets plenty of room to run. It is your own private park right outside the back door. Another rare feature of this home is that it is a horse property making it perfect for those traveling to the area for horse shows. Contact us for applicable fees in the event you are traveling with horses.
You can enjoy the many nearby attractions or stay home and enjoy the covered patio with a TV and plenty of seating, the fire pit, charcoal and gas grills, and the 70" Sharp Aquos TV with surround sound, cable, and a Roku for you to access your Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, HBO Now, etc. accounts.

Great location, loved the orchard!

The location allowed us easy access to restaurants and family that live in the area. The orchard was nice and helped us small town folk feel at home in the big city. Mike was great and offered to let us check in early and out late. We’ll be staying there again in the future.

Great outdoor space

Great outdoor space to relax and enjoy the weather. Open floor plan. Plenty of room for parking and good communication with the owner.

Plenty of space, conveniently located, worked great for us

There was plenty of space for our group of six, and for the additional 4 locals that joined us for a barbecue. Very conveniently located for a couple games at Peoria Sports Complex. And the grocery store is less than a mile away. We enjoyed some oranges and grapefruit from the orchard - but bring a juicer faster results :-) Overall, it was great stay and we would stay there again.

Easy in. Easy out. This was a nice location for us and plenty of room.

We were looking for a place that placed us in the center of our proposed activities. Royals baseball spring training and fabulous dining within reach. We also made use of near by art galleries and Watson custom made hats in Cave Creek. This is a very roomy place that could accommodate 3 couples easily. There is a lovely courtyard with all you need for a BBQ. Thank you, Mike, whom we never saw and didn't need to because everything was as it should be. The 4 rather than 5 star rating was only because of road noise which did not keep me from sleeping but if you are bothered by that use earplugs.

AN ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTFUL PLACE

This was the perfect house for our Thanksgiving weekend. Very comfortable for the 3 families who stayed there, plus the hosts were very accommodating when they learned we were planning to invite additional local family members over for Thanksgiving dinner. The kitchen is very well equipped and the floorplan is wide open, perfect for entertaining. The hosts also opened up an adjacent garage for us so we could have access to a second refrigerator and oven during our stay— a great help for Thanksgiving cooking! Last but not least, the kids loved running and playing ball in the fenced-in orchard… and we ALL enjoyed the fire pit at night fresh-squeezed grapefruit and orange juice in the mornings. Would recommend Orchard House to anyone and will keep it in mind for for return visits. Thanks!

The house is awesome. The owner was in contact with us from the beginning to the end.

We had a family reunion dinner at this site. It was amazing. This venue is perfect for all occasions. The owner was very welcoming.

Wonderful Stay At The Orchard House

My family and I were in town for Spring Training and stayed at the Orchard House for 3 nights. My kids enjoyed their backyard scooter rides, and fruit picking daily. The house is centered around the kitchen which works well for a vacation home when you’re traveling in a group. This Home is literally a minute from the freeway, making it easy and convenient to explore around town. Mike was available every step of the way, and made it a point to text me upon arrival to let me know that I could contact him for any reason. Even leading up to the trip, he answered my questions and concerns promptly. I will definitely look for this house in the future and recommend it to my friends. Thanks again Mike!

Orchard House

We had 5 guys for a golf outing, great house on west side of Phoenix. Went to spring training games and Canucks game. Orchard was really neat, had fresh orange juice and grapefruit for breakfast.

Awesome Property. Very convenient location!

This property with the orchard was amazing. Our kids and dogs loved playing in the large fenced yard. We enjoyed the nice courtyard with outdoor seating and the fire pit. Inside was an open floor plan great for a large family. Plenty of room inside as well for the kids to play. Wifi and TVs throughout the house was a plus. I would reccomend a stay here anytime!

Thanksgiving Break

We drove down to Phoenix from Denver to visit family for Thanksgiving. Unfortunately, we were unable to get a pet sitter for our two dogs before going so we almost had to cancel the trip. Luckily, we found this lovely home with an orchard in the back that accepts dogs! Our Newfie had a blast running around the orchard. We are thankful to the Biddle Family for sharing their home with us so we were able to visit family!

Beautiful home; spacious, clean, every convenience.

Loved the property. Ample space for a large family or a group of friends. Close to a variety of great restaurants and activities for days/nights out, while the kitchen/dining area had all conveniences for meals in. Nicely decorated without being overly cluttered, which is especially helpful when traveling with small children. The owner was accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Overall, a great stay!
