Great location- great communication-comfortable home-pool is great, would be nice to have light on side of house for playing cornhole etc after sunset.

It was super convenient for our purposes but it wasn’t really clean . We are shoes off in the house people so if your socks are filthy after walking around the house it could use a good cleaning.We also cook a lot so the kitchen could have better equipped but again super convenient for going back and forth to the baseball games

Very basic for the price point. We brought more games than the place came with, no extra blankets, we had to request a sponge to was dishes with. Pool looks nice, but can only be used during the warmer months.

For the most part we enjoyed our stay. The house is clean, beautiful and in a great, safe area. The things that could improve this beautiful house tremendously is an upgrade on the beds. The beds are some of the most uncomfortable beds we have slept in. Every room is bad. My 75 year old father got a hotel room the last night due to being in so much pain from the bed. Just a note about the pool. We went into it knowing it is not heated. I knew it would be chilly due to the cold nights still in April. Just a note so you are prepared. Overall I would stay again. It is clean, the hosts were very responsive and we had plenty of space to celebrate our GCU graduate!

Cool and clean

We enjoyed our stay. The location near the freeway made it very easy to get around town. It was very cool and clean and a nice escape from the AZ heat with the pool.

The backyard and pool are nothing like the pictures. The pool was so dirty you couldn’t see the bottom. It looked unsafe to swim. The beds are all extremely uncomfortable and 2 of the rooms didn’t have rods in the closet to hang clothes. All of the pillows and bedding need upgrades! And most important both of the showers did not drain so water built up in the tub and shower. Very disappointed!!!!!!

Spring Break

Property was clean, well furnished, and conveniently located. Traffic noise on the street behind the home was noisy the first night but OK the rest of the week. Overall a nice stay.

Perfect stay!

We came out for a baseball tournament and this house was perfect for us!! We had two small families stay with us, a family of four and a family of three and we had plenty of room. We enjoyed the pool, playing a few friendly games of volleyball in the evenings. Marked it as a favorite so we can book it the next tournament.

Perfect location for Spring Training

Plenty of room for our family of 5. Spacious and immaculate. The kitchen had everything we need to make breakfast and coffee each morning. The pool and backyard was perfect. The location was central to restaurants, ball fields, entertainment and walking trails.

Clean and well kept, comfortable place. Having a heated pool would have been nice. Close access to a variety of activities. A little noisy with the road and loud cars going by. We would stay there again.

Nice area, good location

House was very clean and had all the amenities needed. Ana, our host was quick to respond to questions. The pool was a nice bonus. Adding sound bars to the televisions would be helpful in understanding the dialog. Nice, quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again. There were only two of us but with four bedrooms & two baths, there is definitely room for more people!

clean, easy, complete

Everything that a family would need for a fun weekend was provided in great order! Very pretty inside, with coffee, games, towels, chairs, etc. The whole house has a sleek, modern aesthetic, which works great for time at the pool or sitting around the dining room table playing games. The couch is a touch small, and the bedsheets are a bit too utilitarian. But it suited our purposes wonderfully! And it was spotless!

Anniversary, Thanskgiving with our kids, birthday

Very nice. A bonus if the pool was heated. Occasional.noise from busy blvd behind the backyard. Very clean and well kept, no complaints. Kitchen well stocked with cookware and diningware. We would definitely come back and look forward to doing so if avaliable when we visit Phoenix area again. Thank you for a lovely, comfortable stay.

Worked great for us!

We traveled with an adult who uses a walker & an 8 month old. Great floor plan & location (spring training baseball). We had everything we needed for a one week stay. The walker didn't fit in bathroom door, so we improvised. The couple & baby appreciated the spacious primary which included a pack & play. Thanks!
