Condo Close to 5th Avenue and Naples Beach

Unit Description-

All condos at The Cottages are individually owned and are not alike in style or decor. The condo is a First Floor unit for easy access. This one is Exceptional in the attention given to the complete remodel detail. This condo has many customized features from the 10' Entertainment wall displaying a 60' Flat Screen TV to the white lacquer kitchen cabinets, to the wood shiplack wall in the Master, to the Driftwood floors thru out the entire condo. The Master has an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and Jacuzzi.
One guest room has a Queen Size bed and can be an en-suite. The third bedroom has a king size bed that can be made up as 2 twins. Each bedroom has its own TV. The oversized lanai has a TV, table for 4, loveseat and 2 chairs - Relax while you hear the pool's waterfall.
Condo has washer and dryer in unit.

Please Note:
This is a Private Club. Only Registered Guests bay use the Amenities . Club Dues are Paid Directly to The Club at your Arrival. Daily Resort Fee covers everyone in your group (not per person)

****June 1 to October 31
Daily Resort Fee is $50 a day plus tax along with a $150 Registration Fee
(Covers all guests)

****November 1 to May 31
$250 Temporary Membership Fee plus Daily Resort Fee is $60 a day (covers all guests)

Our Team is available to answer any questions. For Faster Service, we can be reached at six 1 seven, six (seven) eight, nine, 7, two six.

The location of this resort is one of its many attractions. Less than a mile from 5th Avenue, and
.03 of a mile from Tin City, there is so much to do within walking distance. Enjoy the FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE to 5th Avenue, 3rd Street, and Naples Pier. Boating and all water sports are available for rental at the Marina Store. If mayor relaxation is what you are looking for, the Spa at the Club will be your spot! Trainers available at the Club to stay fit while at the Resort. Private Golf Courses available thru the Concierge Desk. And now, Simulated Golf available fir a fee at the Gym.

If you have been to Naples before, you wont believe it but it gets better and better - So many new restaurants, fabulous shops, and endless miles of beaches makes this town a fabulous vacation spot. You will not run out of great things to do.

One of the most up to date and well appointed rental units and complex that we have stayed at.

Sincerely hoping this place is available to us in the future! Unfortunately, drinks served at the pool could have been a little stronger for the price paid.

Lovely apartment in Great Area

The apartment was gorgeous. It was clean, spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We had access to the club and really enjoyed time at the pool. The apartment is in a fantastic location and we walked into Naples and Tin City several times during our stay. Would highly recommend staying here.

Everything was perfect

This condo is beautifully decorated, spacious, clean and filled with every necessity and thoughtful extra touches. It is in a great location and has every amenity we desired. Communication with management was excellent. We will definitely stay here again.

Best NBR condo we have stayed in

We have visited NBR 5 times and this has to be the best condo we have stayed in. It was pure luxury. Very modern, clean and comfortable. Lovely social, open plan living and dining. Well equipped and some lovely little extra touches which were greatly appreciated. Thank you. We will look to stay here again.

Beautiful Naples Bay Resort

Our stay at Naples Bay Resort was wonderful. Our Host, Alina, responded promptly with any questions. She was extremely helpful. The 3 bedroom cottage was decorated beautifully. It was clean and equipped with everything we needed.. The club offered many amenities, as well. But, with two children, the pool area, with a waterfall, lazy river and hot tub, certainly made the stay perfect for the whole family.

Excellent Stay!

If you’re looking for a beautiful and comfortable place to stay in Naples book this condo today! The furnishings are luxurious, the beds are comfortable, there are TVs in every room including the lanai, and the kitchen is well-appointed with everything you need to reheat your leftovers or cook a full dinner. We especially appreciated the blackout curtains in the bedrooms, the strong spray showers and proximity to downtown Naples. Communication with the host was great. She was quick to respond with answers to all of our questions. Highly recommend this lovely condo!!!!

We will definitely be back!

We have stayed at 20+ VRBO’s and this was our favorite. The home was spotless, modern, well decorated, and in great shape. Everything from the cooking utensils to the appliances we’re well cared for. Everything you could need for a beach day from coolers, chairs, umbrella and sand toys. The layout of the place was great. There is a lanai with the TV so while most of us are watching the final four in the family room right outside on the porch the other people were playing games and watching other TV… And the place was so soundproof he

Beautiful condo

The condo was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated. The location in Naples was perfect for site seeing, shopping, restaurants galore and just enjoying the beautiful area. We were very comfortable and more than happy with our accommodations. I would definitely return to this property again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Naples area.

Perfect for short or long stays

Our family of four spent a month at this great property. We had high expectations given other reviews and the apartment lived up to those. The apartment was high spec, beautifully clean and had everything we needed for such a long stay. Communication with the property manager was very smooth. The location within the resort is ideal, close to the pool but private, and we were able to walk to the restaurants in Old Naples in 15 minutes. Highly recommended.

Naples Bay Resort

This property was perfect for a daily of five. 2 adults and 3 children 15, 13 and 9. There was beautiful pools, too golf, a gym and spa. Enough to keep everyone busy! The place was gorgeous and looked exactly liked it did in the pictures. Everything was clean and it was minimalistic. I would definitely book again!!

Everything you want in a family stay was available in this community. The condo was exactly as presented and lovely touches throughout the property. The manager was available , prompt, and lovely to work with! Our group would definitely enjoy coming back here to stay!

Everything you need

Beautifully decorated condo. Has everything you need....dishes, towels, beach chairs, coolers and the list goes on. Three bedrooms and two full baths leaves plenty of room for family. Nice pool area too. Only complaint was the reception on the television, very, very spotty. Overall, great experience. Would rent again

Wonderful Stay Wonderful Condo

This condo exactly as pictured, except even better in person. The apartment is exceptionally clean and comfortable and the amenities are perfect. The condo has everything I needed for my stay and more. The layout is very spacious and nicely decorated with a lot of attention to detail. Everything is spotless and very well maintained, and even had extra batteries for remote tv control. The outdoor porch is extra roomy and I enjoyed watching TV in the lanai. The location was ideal and you can get to 5th Avenue, the beach and the marina. It was a perfect balance to being comfortable in an apartment but having the luxury of the hotel's amenities, multiple pools and restaurants. The property manager was amazing and very attentive hostess. I would highly recommend this property,

Beautiful Luxury Condo

My husband, daughter and I stayed in this incredible condo for just under a week in June. The unit was perfect - exceptionally clean at arrival; beautiful, modern furnishings and decor; spa-like bathrooms; plenty of space; all the utensils and amenities we could want for a relaxing vacation. The resort was also fabulous - great pools, quiet surroundings, good location with easy access to restaurants, shopping, etc. Alina was a fantastic hostess - easy to contact, quick to respond and helpful with suggestions and recommendations. We would absolutely recommend this beautiful home to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in Naples.

This condo is one of a kind, privately owned and meticulously kept property. The location is just steps away from the pool and you can hear the waterfall from your oversized lanai.
