The lanai houses outdoor seating for dining as well as lounging pool side with 55" Smart TV. There’s even a sliding glass window from kitchen to lanai, servicing outdoor bar with additional seating. Propane gas BBQ grill available for guest use as well.



The living room boasts a large 65" Smart TV (all TV's offer You Tube TV as well as streaming on your personal App accounts). This home is also equipped with wifi services.



The formal dining room (seats 6) flanks the living room, while the eat in kitchen/breakfast area accommodates additional seating for 4.
