Treat yourself to an incredible vacation experience in this newly renovated beach home in Coquina Sands!



The owners have created an absolute oasis in this fabulously decorated home with great attention to detail.





This single-family ranch style 3 bedroom (king, queen, twins, w/split BR floor plan), 2 bath pool home is situated on a large lot with ample parking and a location that cannot be beat in the sought-after community of Coquina Sands! This private residence is within walking distance to Lowdermilk Park where you can enjoy Naples white sandy beaches by day and experience our famous sunsets by night. You can also walk to First Watch for breakfast from your vacation getaway.



This impressive vacation retreat offers incredible privacy with mature landscaping surrounding the screened pool/lanai area with large, heated pool. The lanai houses outdoor seating for dining as well as lounging pool side with 55" Smart TV. There’s even a sliding glass window from kitchen to lanai, servicing outdoor bar with additional seating. Propane gas BBQ grill available for guest use as well.



The living room boasts a large 65" Smart TV (all TV's offer You Tube TV as well as streaming on your personal App accounts). This home is also equipped with wifi services.



The formal dining room (seats 6) flanks the living room, while the eat in kitchen/breakfast area accommodates additional seating for 4.



The primary suite office/den alcove area with desk provides direct access to the lanai via French doors. The primary (king) suite also offers a 40" Smart TV and en suite bath (shower only) with adult height vanity and dual sinks.



The guest bedrooms (queen & 2 twins) share a guest bath with tiled shower.....in hallway by both bedrooms.



The queen guest bedroom also boasts a 32" Smart TV.



The large laundry room with new washer and dryer is located just off the 2 car garage and leads to the guest bedroom hallway.



You’ll find all of the amenities of home in this well-appointed vacation oasis located in the heart of the Coquina Sands Community in Naples.



The property has beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, cooler & cart to transport gear to beach.



There is a $20/night pool heating fee.

Highly recommend this home in Coquina Sands. Perfect location 2 blocks from the beach, and a few minutes drive from everything shopping, restaurants. The house is well equipped and has everything needed for a family stay, we only needed to add food. The pool and pool deck area is spacious, great for entertaining and hanging out. The pool is also kept warm so it’s always ready to take a swim at any hour. Beach trips were easy with available bikes, carts, beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. Morning walks and runs were so enjoyable because the neighborhood is beautiful, friendly neighbors, lots of beautiful homes and landscaping. This was perfect for my family of 5, it was our first stay but won’t be our last.

Stay at Oleander Drive

We enjoyed our stay at Oleander Drive and are planning to return next year. The location is 2 short bocks from a great beach, Lowdermilk Park, and is a 5-10 min car ride or bike ride to 5th Ave and 3rd Street with shops and dinning. The pool was very good, especially since I like the pool warm. We had only minor problems which were quickly corrected by Tammy. The house is older, more than adequate, but does need maintenance in the Lanai area . Some updating of the pool deck furniture and beach equipment would be useful.

Amazing location

We stayed at 1170 Oleander Dr for 3 weeks over the holidays and had the best time. The house is dated, but stocked with everything we needed. The location was the best part. Quick walk to the beach, morning coffee at Naples Beach Hotel, brunch at FirstWatch, jog down to the Naples Pier and many more options. The house was set up well with the master separate from the other two bedrooms. The pool was lovely and warm. Tammy and Neil were very helpful. We definitely would rent again!

Great stay!

We're a family of four and stayed at this house for a month. Tammy was great and did everything she could to ensure our stay was as expected. The house is a little old, but had what's needed for a great summer stay... And so close to beach!! Everyone enjoyed it... we'll be back!!

Great location, but poorly maintained

A/C and heating air filters were filthy and obviously not serviced, plumbing had to be serviced during our stay for drainage issues, some leaks and rust in the lanai and lanai cushions were old and suspect....location, yard and pool were nice and kitchen was well stocked. Just needed attention by maintainance and owner.

This was our second time staying at the Coquina...

This was our second time staying at the Coquina Sands property in Naples, Florida and it was just as charming as we remembered it. The location is excellent - just a few minutes walk to the beach. The house has all of the amenities needed to make the most of our stay. The property managers are friendly and responsive. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. We would highly recommend this vacation rental for a family and look forward to our next trip!

Our stay on Oleander Drive couldn’t have been better. The home was immaculately clean and provided us with everything we could have needed during our stay. We only had to shop for groceries. Tammy was so helpful both before we arrived and while we were there with suggestions of restaurants and sightseeing activities to packing recommendations. She was always available for us which we appreciated.

Coquina sands is a delightful traditional family villa close to the beaches and other attractions that Naples has to offer. My family and I loved our stay and especially the veranda and pool. We were very sad to leave!

Lovely home . . . great location

My family rented this lovely home for the second time. The home is very comfortable. It located within walking distance of the Gulf of Mexico. We also found multiple restaurants in the area that you could walk to, such as Edgewater Beach Hotel, Naples Hotel and First Watch for breakfast and lunch. Lots of good shopping within a five minute drive. Also, approximately an hours drive to the Everglades. Again, the house is very comfortable and all necessities are provided.

Great house for quiet holidays

This year was de second time on the road that we stay in this house. We really like it! Its near of everything: beach, supermarket, downtown, shopping. You can go walking and enjoy the neighborhood or just a few minutes by car. The house has big environments; comfortable beds; well equipped kitchen; sun during all the morning in the lanai. It is very comfortable and safety for the kids.

This was a great house - clean, fresh looking, well decorated and very organized -in a very convenient location. Seems to have had nearly everything we needed (even rubber bands, notepads, etc). An ice bucket would be nice for the house (I actually checked 2 stores with no luck) , as well as an easy to use wine opener, such as a wing corkscrew. Also, the outside ceiling near the pool does need to be cleaned and painted. The issues we had with the electricity were caused by problems between the transformer and the electrical box on the exterior of the house, as well as by a storm which took 3 sections of screen off the lanai. Our realtors responded to all incidents in a timely fashion and we were not inconvenienced any longer than necessary for power co to correct the problems.. We obviously liked the house as we've signed up for next year. You don't need to send me a Starbucks gift card as I was happy to send in this review. Not sure who receives this review but Tammy and Neil Novak have been very generous already.

Great house!

We're so happy for our pick! The house is perfect, with every detail to make you feel better than home. The pictures aren't tricky at all. It's perfectly manteined, clean, organized and the location is excellent to visit the beach daily. You're like three minutes away. We love Naples and surely come back to repeat this experience.

Great house in great location with pool; perfect for a family

We spent Spring Break 2016 in this wonderful house just off Gulf Shore Boulevard. It is walking distance to Loudermilk Park and very close to downtown Naples. The house was very well equipped - from kitchen utensils and equipment to beach and pool equipment. The heated pool was very nice. The folks managing this property were very responsive and even purchased some pool toys that our younger children enjoyed while were there. I would definitely recommend this home and would stay there again in the future.
