The solution is on two levels, is located on the mezzanine floor of a new elegant building located along Via Omiccioli, one of the most characteristic streets of Marina di Scilla, a few steps from the Lungomare and the beach.

The apartment is spread over an elongated lot, in the shape of a "gallery" or "binoculars": it has two independent entrances, one on via Omiccioli and one, on a pedestrian alley, a few meters from the beach, a unique solution.
On the mezzanine floor there is the living area composed of: kitchen-dining room and sitting area with sofa from which a part of the sea is overlooked (as in binoculars). Also on this level is the master bedroom, with an en-suite bathroom and an independent exit to the beach from the alley, which includes a built-in wardrobe and a closet where to lay out the laundry; in the basement there is a second living room with desk, television and a sofa. On this level there is a second double bedroom with bathroom. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, a washing machine, a television and an equipped kitchen. Both sofas in the apartment can be used as single beds.
