We absolutely loved this home! We stayed as a group of three families, and although this isn’t entirely clear from the property description, the house is divided into three separate sleeping apartments. Each apartment has a double bedroom, twin beds and its own bathroom, which was perfect as it meant each family had their own private space.The open terrace area is truly stunning, with beautiful views across the water. But the real highlight for us was the access to the secluded beach area. Rock shoes are definitely recommended, but it was well worth it for the fantastic snorkelling and the chance to see so many different types of fish.We had a couple of minor issues with the Wi-Fi and water during our stay, but Maria Serena was incredibly responsive, and everything was sorted out very quickly.The only thing worth mentioning is that, although you can walk into the beautiful town of Scilla, the route is along the road, so you need to walk in single file. We probably wouldn’t recommend doing this at night, particularly with small children. We actually got a tuk-tuk back one evening, which was great fun and made for a memorable experience!We would highly recommend this property and are already keeping our fingers crossed that we’ll be back soon!
