This beautifully decorated condo has amazing views of St. Andrews Bay. We try to make sure our guest have what they need to get started with beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, etc to use for those beach fun days. Well equiped with linens, Toilet paper starters (one roll each bath, paper towels and dish soap needed for stay and cleaning items. We don't want our guest to have to go to the store for these types of items but two grocery store are just up the street from us for you shopping needs.
This fourth floor beauty is in The Reflections in Bay Point community, next door to The Bluegreen at Bayside Vacation Club.
Enjoy the picture window in living area to look out to the beautiful bay views (rain or shine), Hole # 5 of golf course and lagoon pool below this 4th floor unit. Balcony with seating to enjoy the views with your morning coffee or evening drink. Living area with sectional, recliner chair and 65 inch TV. Great space for two couples, girls retreat, Grandparents and Adult kids with grandchildren sleeping on comfy queen air mattress that can be placed right in middle of the Sectional. Master bedroom with king bed, private bath with two vanities and large walk in shower, flat screen TV and sliding doors to balcony with beautiful views. Second bedroom has a King Bed and is just off the second bathroom with tub/shower combo. Enjoy an kitchen stocked with all you needs and seating at bar and/or dine at the table for six. Balcony is screened in with plenty of seating for watching the boats in the Bay, birds, golfers, pool or watching TV.
Bay Point has dining, golf, spa, fitness, nature, biking, marina and swimming. Enjoy what the Reflections has to offer with private magnificent 10,000 square feet lagoon shaped zero entry pool with separate heated spa pool, hot tub and plenty of chairs to lounge around pool and grill. Reflections has a spa (Serenity Spa). Bluegreen Vacation Club Resort is right next door with three restaurants, Tides, Flip Flops Pool Bar, and take a walk out on the pier to Pelican's (seasonal). Neons Bar 72 at golf course. Did I mention the men and ladies will love golfing at the on Bay Points Nicklaus Course. Take in biking or walking around to enjoy the scenery and what nature has to offer. You will also find other water sport companies at Grand Lagoon and Captians Andersons for fun Shell Island trips, sight seeing and fishing.
Just outside the entry area of Bay Point you'll find two grocery stores for all your needs: Publix and Winn-Dixie, need something special check out the Beach Liquors in the plaza with Publix. Find many restaurant in the area and over bridge to Panama City (Bay Area). Enjoy a day at St. Andrews State parking ($8 per car) and hike or play at the beach with Restrooms and gift shop, access to Shell Island by boat, and water activies. Driving to beach is a short drive to Rick Seltzer Park for free parking, beach access, showers and bathrooms along the endless sugar white sands of the emerald coast . So much to explore around the Panama City Beach area with Pier Park, shopping, family fun at Coconut Creek Family Fun Park, Gulf World Marina, Pirate's Island, Ripley's, Shipwreck Waterpark, Wonderworks, or ZooWorld.

Owner Update: New queen air mattress for two childrens use. Guest to not exceed two sets of Adults per each bedroom. Sectional sofa is not for additional sleeping. Only 6 guest allowed per this condo. Pool rules also only allow 6 guest to pool per 2 bedroom rental.
