Reflections 302 is a tastefully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located at 4100 Marriott Drive on St. Andrew's Bay in Panama City Beach. This unit overlooks the large, resort-style swimming pool (round section is heated to a comfortable 85-degrees year-round!), beautifully manicured Nicklaus golf course, and St. Andrew's State Park. Reflections also has cabanas and BBQ grills for guest use, is home to Serenity Spa, and is located within walking distance to clay tennis courts, the Bay Point Golf Course, brand new Bay Point Marina, and Pelican's Bar & Grill.

This lovely unit has been recently updated and offers almost 1,500 square feet of bayfront luxury living space. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating with expansive views of St. Andrew's Bay, a pull-out sofa, a large Smart TV with cable and access to the unit's private balcony. The master bedroom is also bayfront and has its own private ensuite with a king bed, large walk-in shower, and his and hers sinks. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and another full bathroom. Bedrooms are both equipped with Smart TVs with cable. The unit also has a full-sized washing machine and dryer. Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit.

Reflections is an amazing place to stay!! The views are amazing and the location is quiet and accessible. The condo is clean and nice. It could be a little more cozy with the addition of a cozy blanket on the beds.

The pool and complex were great! So quiet and peaceful. Condo was very spacious and comfortable, with a nice view of the pool, golf course and lagoon. The master bedroom and bath were very nice, and the large shower offered a variety of functions. The only negative thing I can think of is the lack of an ice maker in the refrigerator, but not that big of a deal. We would definitely stay here again!

There were bird droppings all over the porch and porch furniture and we werenā€™t able to use the porch during our stay due to this and enjoying our coffee on the porch in the mornings is one of our favorite things to do. Very disappointed that host didnā€™t seem concerned about the shape the porch was in, just mentioned that it had been cleaned a few days before and unfortunately the birds revisited. In my opinion if you knew you had guest coming in you would check the day expected and not days before. Also not able to access the beach and that was a big draw for us also.

We had a very short stay with needing to leave early with a family emergency. Loved the location, the place was great, the host was wonderful, weather was great, everything was so perfect. We will be back especially since we didn't get to enjoy the perfect vacation.

Great unit, we have a small house in Bay Point and this was perfect to handle overflow. Great view of the bay and pool area. Marina is close by very convenient to keep boat there. Very clean

I strongly recommend this beautiful condo. I will be back. Southern Vacation Rentals was also a very professional rental management group and attended to our needs. Another Great Week!

Our sister in law trip once again was wonderful. This condo is a beautiful. The attention to detail is wonderful. The owner has taken the upmost care of this unit. This is our second year and we purposefully chose this condo. The views and amenities are just wonderful. Thanks to the owners for such a wonderful place to stay!!! We will be back!

Great stay! Great condo!

This is the first time our family has stayed in Reflections. The condo looked exactly like the pictures. Very nicely decorated and a beautiful view. There was plenty of space for the four of us. The location of the condo is wonderful too for doing activities around the area. We also appreciated the startups of the things we needed immediately such as hand soap, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent. The only thing that would have been nice to see would have been a few coffee filters to get you started with coffee, or a a bowl of Keurig cups there so that we could have made coffee that first morning. Otherwise, everything was great, and we will definitely be back!

90th birthday celebration and golfing

The property is beautiful and view, very nice. Unfortunately, we did not receive any tickets for local activities as advertised. We had to buy our own toilet paper and coffee, plus there were no blankets for the beds. The toiletries provided are terrible, poor quality. There was no light above the stove either. We would have felt more welcome had there been a little extra care given to preparing for our visit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my third time in the same complex. The location is fantastic (far enough away from the craziness that is Thomas Drive, yet close to everything I enjoy about PCB) and there are plenty of nearby amenities, making it very convenient for guests. I have no problem getting my steps in as the development is great for walking about. The condo itself is nicely decorated and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need, including a Keurig and drip coffee maker. I especially enjoyed the peaceful balcony and the view. However, the highlight of this condo was the master shower, which was simply amazing. If I had to nitpick, I would say that the beds were a little too soft for my liking, but I am sure others will find that to be a benefit. Overall, I would highly recommend this vacation condo to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, affordable and enjoyable stay.
