The house is located on the third floor of a building located in the historic center of Iseo.
It overlooks the lake, 50 meters from the pier and 20 meters from the main square. All the main services are close at hand, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, banks, parking lots, landing stage and railway station.

Under the house and in the surroundings there are several paid parking lots. In order to take advantage of the free ones, you need to move about 500 meters
