Welcome! Everything here has been updated with special attention by a professional designer to every detail from the building materials to the furniture! Be only minutes from the gulf beaches for a fraction of the price and take in the city being close to golfing, grocery, attractions, restaurants, parks and so much more! You will love your vacation here with us in this renovated, family friendly 1900 square foot home.

šŸŒ”ļøšŸŠ Pool heat is an amenity included at no additional charge. The temperature of swimming pools varies and depends on the day and night temperatures, length of day and finally wind. Therefore, there is no guarantee for a certain pool temperature. The pool heater temperature will be set to a maximum 82Ā°F in winter which is November 1 to March 31. From April 1 through October 31 the pool heater is off. Note, these numbers are the target setting for the heater, not the actual temperature of the pool. Additionally, the heater is a heat pump and will not operate when the outside temperature falls below 60 degrees.

We want you to feel right at home, but we also want to keep things comfortable for all guests and neighbors. Please keep these guidelines in mind during your stay:

šŸŽ‰ No parties or events ā€“ Our neighborhood is quiet, so please keep noise to a respectful level.

šŸ•“ Check-in after 4:00 PM | Check-out by 10:00 AM ā€“ Need to arrive early or leave late? Let us know! Hourly rates may apply.

šŸ‘¤ Minimum rental age ā€“ The primary guest must be at least 25 years old.

šŸ’°Nightly Rate ā€“ Based on standard occupancy. Additional guest fees may apply for groups that exceed the standard occupancy, up to the maximum occupancy limit.

šŸ“‹ Guest list required ā€“ For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list by email.

šŸ“ Sign the rental agreement ā€“ Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival.

šŸš— Parking ā€“ The double car garage fits 1 car, and the driveway can accommodate up to 4 cars. Grass parking is also available. Street parking is not allowed as it is a main road.

šŸ¾ PET POLICY
Pets are welcome with prior approval only. Maximum of 2 pets per reservation.

Guests planning to bring pets must provide the following information before arrival:

ā€¢ Age

āš ļø UNAUTHORIZED OR UNDISCLOSED PETSā€”even if tied to a car parked in the property's parking spacesā€”will result in a $500 fee per pet and may also lead to cancellation of the reservation without refund.

PET FEES
Pet fees are paid separately after the reservation is confirmed, as they are not included in the reservation amount.

First Pet
ā€¢ $175 per stay (covers up to 14 nights)
ā€¢ $75 extended-stay fee for each additional 14-night period

Second Pet
ā€¢ $125 per stay (covers up to 14 nights)
ā€¢ $50 extended-stay fee for each additional 14-night period

Cats: A $500 security deposit is required, refundable after check-out once the property has been inspected and confirmed to have no damages caused by the cat.

RESTRICTED BREED POLICY
Due to insurance requirements, certain dog breeds are restricted. However, guests traveling with a restricted breed may still be able to bring their pet by obtaining temporary pet liability insurance covering the dates of their stay.

The policy must:
ā€¢ Cover the entire duration of the reservation
ā€¢ Provide liability coverage for the pet
ā€¢ List STR Management Solutions, LLC as Additional Insured
ā€¢ A copy of the policy must be submitted prior to check-in.

Short-term policies are commonly available through providers such as Thimble or NerdWallet.

Loved the actual property! Only annoying thing was in the fine print you have to pay an extra $25 dollars a night for each person over their limit of 8 even though it sleeps 14.

Me and my family enjoyed our stay very much. The home was spacious and allowed each family member their own private space. The home has access to a mile and a half walking park to its rear. The only negative I would have is the sliding glass door and needs repaired. Would definitely stay at the property again.

Great Vacation

This property was a last minute booking for us and a very nice surprise! There was no patio set as advertised but as soon as we contacted the manager they had a brand new one delivered the next day. The rental could use more cooking tools, pots, frying pans etc and a new BBQ but overall a very nice place.

Incredible Getaway, So Glad We Came!

The house felt so comfortable and welcoming while also very clean. The AC made it feel like a refrigerator (in the best way!!), as a native Floridian there is nothing more important than a good AC in the summer. The property is gorgeous and so are the 2 pools that we had access to. I also loved the beach closet that provided a bunch of beach toys and activities for my daughter. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and I canā€™t wait to come back! =)

Perfect family vacation home

Such a great place! Our extended family thoroughly enjoyed our time together here. Plenty of space, we never felt crowded -- and there were 11 of us! Room to spread out. The home is spotless and has everything you need (dishes, utensils, toaster, blender..) and the pool area is a lovely feature. No neighbors behind, just green space. Exceptionally comfortable beds. Close to several popular beaches, we enjoyed visiting different places every day of our stay. Our host was quick to respond to any questions. Can't think of anything negative to say, it felt like home. We would definitely stay here again!

Fun spot, nothing fancy

This place was convenient and fun, however if youā€™re looking for something upscale or fancy this is not it. The pictures are definitely heavily edited unfortunately, as previously mentioned in other comments. Also the carpets are all stained, which definitely weirded us out a little bit. Having the pool and large dining table made our trip convenient and fun though.

I should've listened to my wife.

Definitely not worth the money we spent. Motel 6 at a Marriott price. Place was not clean (in any room), master bed was on the floor, took a while to get the tvs to work, sliding door had a sketchy lock, pool was slimy, netting around the pool had holes, landscaping was lacking, back gate was missing, pillows were paper thin, towels were dingy, couches were not good, beds were not comfy, couch in master had a huge stain. I would give a 5 star rating for maintenance, they were very responsive.

Terrible house the remodeling job was bad workmanship. No clothes pole in master closet to hang clothes. Cockroaches haven. I found a worm in my bed. House on a busy street and hard to back out of driveway. The house leaked when it rained. Pool area is dirty and no handrails to get in and out.water too hot in the pool. No lounge chairs by the pool. Dirty house, doesnā€™t look like the photo in person. Horrible cheap hard mattresses. No beach towels very little bath towels. Not well equipped home.this house doesnā€™t belong on a vacation site. I asked for refund but they wonā€™t give me one.

The home was nice. Just having a problem getting our deposit back.

The home was nice just a couple of minor things, the carpet in the master bedroom was dirty. There was trash left inside of the garage. When we check out the we clean up we did not wash the linen from the bed. After we check out the owner said that we trash the home which this is not true. While we were there I emailed him and ask about the extra trash he told me to put it in the garage. He then told me we trash the place and it took over 6hours to clean which this is not true. After staying there for 6 days and cooking everyday for 8 people of course we will have trash. I would like to think that his cleaners did not tell him the truth about the property because the owner seem to be a nice person, he had even worked with me on a payment plan when we were booking the home. We are still trying to get out 500.00 deposit back. Also when we emailed him about our deposit he did not emailed me back. I am not saying don't stay there because we really enjoyed it. I just suggest when checking out wait until the cleaners arrive and or take pictures. I really feel like the cleaners did not tell the owner the truth about the property.

Not What I Expected

When we checked in we quickly realized that the photos werenā€™t up-to-date. House is very run down. Not clean. Pool had clearly been shocked with chemicals just before our arrival and we were not notified. Water was green and murky. Later in the evening soaked feet and my ankle bracelet along with toe rings were severely tarnished and damaged. Attempted to contact reservationists AND listed manager number with no response al weekend. Had to then spend additional money on things that should have been well stocked for a 3 night stay of 8 people. Dusty bathroom fans. Dust and dead bug bodies in bathroom light fixtures. Walls and door trim dented. Bunk beds unsturdy and on the brink of collapsing. This house is advertised as renovated but clearly needs a marketing revamp to adequately depict what you will be getting. Very dissatisfied with what we got for the amount of money we spent. We will not be back!

Cousins get away

The house was spacious and aesthetically accurate to the online pictures! We did have a plumbing issue but the property manager was responsive and took care of it immediately. We did have to wash towels daily and I would recommend getting a newer large frying pan. Overall, it fit our needs and we really enjoyed lounging in the pool. I was very pleased with the communication from booking through checkout!

Family Vaca!

This property location was ideal for our needs. Wanted a house with pool & close to beaches! Plenty of space for all of us and green space/walking path behind house! Andrew had great communication & immediately helped us with some things after checking in. A downside is the carpeting is very ā€œdated & stainedā€ and kitchen supplies need to be updated.

House of Horrors!

The pictures online are a horrible representation of the actual house. The master bedroom carpet Is filthy ,& smells. The couchā€™s are stained, the shower curtain bottom is covered with mold. There are Beatles everywhere, including inside the fridge. There was a cockroach in the kids bedroom. The paint is peeling off the pool. Then the pipes backed up and sewage came up from the showers drain and flooded the bathroom! The kitchen counters are destroyed from people not using a cutting board; and the fridge looks like it was in a boxing match! My family had to leave and get a hotel. The manager Andrew was not helpful and rather Arrogant!
