Welcome to Honeysuckle Waterfront Home, a newly constructed 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat offering modern comfort and charm! Enjoy a bright, stylish interior and step outside to your private oasis featuring a heated pool (88 Degrees except for winter cold snaps when the heater can't keep up), perfect for year-round relaxation. The backyard opens to a peaceful creek, where you can take advantage of the provided kayaks for a relaxing paddle and explore the serene waterfront setting. Located less than a 10-minute drive from the beach, and a 4-minute drive from the Belleair Causeway Boat Ramp. Small boats or Jet Skis can launch and make it to the back yard if you fit under the approximately 3' clearance of Indian Rock Bridge at High Tide. This home makes it easy to enjoy sun, sand, and sunsets while returning to your own quiet escape. McKay Creek is a tidal body of water that leads out to the Intracoastal Waterway. Enjoy watching for manatee, dolphins, river otters, an occasional small alligator, blue herons, egrets, osprey, bald eagles, ducks, fish, crabs, and lots of other wildlife.
Kitchen: Stainless steel refrigerator with freezer drawer and ice/water dispenser, stove/oven, microwave, drip coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, crockpot, handheld mixer, rice cooker, and 4 barstools at the breakfast bar. Basic dishes, cookware, bakeware, and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.
Dining Room: Wooden dining table with seating for 8, tons of natural light, and doors leading out to the outdoor balcony and pool area.
Living Room: Comfortable recliner sofas and chairs, coffee table, wall-mounted TV, ceiling fans, loveseat, books, board and other games, cards, puzzles, and a Queen-size Murphy bed.
Bedroom #1: King-size bed, bedside tables with lamps, dresser, luggage rack, wall-mounted TV, ceiling fan, door leading out to the balcony, and an en-suite bathroom.
Bathroom #1 (Ensuite): Double sink vanity, makeup mirror, hair dryer, water closet (toilet), standing shower with dual shower heads and controls, and walk-in closet.
Bedroom #2: Queen-size bed, end table with lamp, luggage rack, wall-mounted TV, ceiling fan, Pack N Play, and closet.
Bathroom #2: Sink with counter space, makeup mirror, hair dryer, toilet, and shower/tub combination.
Bedroom #3: King-size bed, dresser, lamp, luggage rack, wall-mounted TV, ceiling fan, and closet.
Bathroom #3: Sink with counter space, makeup mirror, hair dryer, toilet, and standing shower with dual shower heads.
Laundry Room: Full-size washer and dryer, standalone deep freezer, iron with a full-sized ironing board, and cordless vacuum.
Outdoors: Fully screened-in back patio with a heated or chilled pool for guest comfort, dining table that seats 8, and a balcony overlooking the pool and backyard with plenty of comfortable seating, a mini fridge, outdoor TV, pool toys, and ceiling fans. Open backyard along the creek with kayaks, a gas grill, and a fire pit.
Beach Equipment Room: Beach chairs x8, beach wagon, beach tent/canopy, beach toys and coolers, and outdoor games available.
*Garage is not included with rental, but you can bring your Level 2 EV charger to plug into the available 50 AMP 240V NEMA 14-50 plug.
The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Busch Gardens and downtown Tampa are less than 1 hour away.

Important Information
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Pool Heating: When the pool heater is turned on, the temperature is typically set to 85 degrees unless otherwise stated in the listing. This is an electric pool heater, so please note that when outside temperatures reach 60 degrees or lower, a pool heater cannot always heat the pool completely to temperature. By booking this property, you understand that pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed when outside temperatures are too cold.
Kayak Policy: Guests must sign a safety and liability waiver before utilizing the kayaks. If a waiver is not completed, access instructions cannot be provided.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Parking: The driveway allows for up to 4 vehicles to park. There is no grass or street parking.
You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
