Moclips on the Beach Home

Moclips Beach Rentals is proud to offer Pacific House. Originally built in 2001, it overlooks the waves, with panoramic views of the ocean to the north or south. Enjoy a hot tub overlooking the beach at Moclips in this superb 2+ bedroom open plan house .

50ft across, the house is one of the widest on the beach with unparalleled ceiling to floor window views. Inside home has a spacious, grand, open plan great room with two private bedrooms. Upstairs has a queen bed loft and two low ceiling dens for the little ones, with two twin beds in each. Owner allows maximum 10 people to stay. House has been updated. New siding, new upper deck, new roof, new interior and exterior lighting, new color, new bathrooms (hi end tile and rainforest showers), updated furniture.

Unbelievable views and a superb quiet beach are yours to enjoy. No smoking allowed. The house is very popular, so book early! Four night minimum stay July and August.

If we are full Please check out the Moonstone Beach house or Lycan House. Totally beachfront, on the same strip as Pacific House, 4 bedrooms, hot tub etc. vrbo number 223488 + 239712. Bookings taken 6 months in advance here or longer ahead elsewhere through MBR.

Tesla charging station available! Dogs welcome for a fee. No other pets allowed.

It's the View!

Picture sitting on the large deck of this stunning property facing the West, unobstructed views of sunsets, nothing but a short walk through dunes and you are right on the beach. Well appointed home, very comfortable, very fast Internet service, smart TV. Couple that with very gracious and accommodating hosts. Glorious weekend spent here. Will be back!

Ideal WA Coast Experience

Gem on the Beach

For some reason every time we stay here the sun shines all day long! What a fantastic view and setting. The house is spacious and well appointed.

gorgeous view

This is a really beautiful place to stay. The weather was colder and foggier than expected for the season, so we spent less time actually out on the beach than we might have, but even sitting in the living room or the front deck felt like being at the ocean, with a gorgeous view of the water and the dunes. We could hear the waves at night with the window open. Very restful

Holiday Vacation

Booked to spend xmas here. Had some issues with no heat except in rooms and house wasn’t light and prepped for us to arrive and did have to wait until next day for assistance. Once the actual property manager arrived they were very understanding and helpful. Location is amazing house needs some love and updating put back into it for how high the rental and fees are. I do recommend staying here, like I said some updating of things and extra seating would make a big difference in such a great location.

Great spot on ocean

We decided to have a smaller Thanksgiving gathering and went to this beach house. It looks exactly like the pictures we lucked out with some very nice, albeit cold, late autumn weather. With a dog deposit, and notice to the landlord, you may bring your fury pets. Don’t forget to look for the hidden bedrooms. This was a very nice property the hot tub feature (very well maintained and cleaned before our arrival) on the coast with a clear, starry sky was quite spectacular. Also, the master shower is super-duper awesome. We would come back.

Relaxing Holiday Stay

Spacious and great beach access. Remote and quiet. Be sure to review paperwork carefully and keep copies so terms cannot be changed on you.

Location was great and just steps to the beach. Home is in fair to poor condition. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Mirrors, refrigerator, bathroom rugs, windows and much more were all in need of cleaning when we checked in. Bar stools for island are way too tall, even the kids could not sit there. Summer time is blindingly bright and there are only 2 shades provided on the ocean side of the house. We still had a good time..

January getaway

We were very happy with the property and especially the check in process since our airline flight was delayed significantly and we did not make it to the house until midnight. Was hoping to visit with owners about a few house repairs needed, but our departure flight got moved and had to leave earlier than planned. Everyone enjoyed the house and it met our needs perfectly. Was a rainy week but still managed some beach walks and 1 night for the hot tub. Having a chef in the family, the kitchen was well received and used! Thank you so much for having the heat turned on so that the house was warm on arrival (it was snowing).

Annual ocean vacation a success!

Our stay at the Pacific House was wonderful. The location and property was perfect. We loved being right on the beach with private beach access. This is our third year coming to Moclips and we really enjoy the town and people who live there. We are likey to come back next year!

Moclips Pacific House

Great beach stay with private beach access and beautiful ocean views. Loved going in April - the first week had several people at beach, but second week was mostly private. Main floor two bedrooms - each with own bathroom. Upstairs loft with more beds. Nice long dinner table for eating and playing games/doing puzzles.

Lovely home on the beach

The home is lovely, comfortable and right on the beach. Moclips is a small town, so you'll need to plan ahead. We did all our cooking at home. I recommend bringing your own caffeine forr the first morning (there was no tea or coffee in the home and the nearest coffee shop was meh. Also, I couldn't get the coffee maker in the home working, so I used the stovetop kettle to make hot water and purchased tea bags) if like me, you need some in the morning to get going :).

Best beach, dog-friendly, amazing views

This house was perfect for an ocean adventure with family and dogs. The house is situated perfectly, directly on the beach with a private walk across the dunes to the sand. The beach was amazing - wide and sparsely populated with lots of room to roam.

Perfect for a family vacation

It has amazing views with all the big windows. Loved just seeing the ocean all day. Easy walking trail path to the ocean right off the deck. Nice and open for everyone to visit with each other. Kids loved the sleeping nooks.

Best Kept Secret on the WA Coast!

What an amazing find! Neither us nor most of the friends we mentioned it to had even heard of Moclips before this stay. But what an absolute gem of a destination for 4 days or R & R on the coast. And this VRBO house is totally, totally awesome! Super spacious, clean, easy to find, off the beaten path, well provisioned, well laid out... after having stayed in a dozen different VRBO's over the years it ranks as one of our absolute favorites. We played in the waves with the kids for hours every day, took long walks down the beach, soaked in the hot tub, cooked delicious meals and slept like babies. I know I'm making it sound dream like, but we had that good of a time here. And Paul, the owner, communicated so quickly and answered every single question we had... it was as if he was sitting there at his computer waiting for us to ask a question, he responded that fast. Thank you Moclips, Paul, and VRBO! This one's a winner!!

Ocean stay and trips to rainforest

Beautiful place and great mutiwindow ocean view! Large open living area. Very stately feeling. We used outdoor stairs for entry and exit. wifi and electric panal in one of the bedrooms. Well equipped with almost everything u need. Very nice manager.

Amazing Moclips Vacation

The Moclips house and overall area is wonderful. The house is as described, very open and comfortable with amazing views of the ocean. We had 7 people, mix of adults and kids, and everyone enjoyed the house. Plenty of room and upstairs bedrooms for the kids. Quick and easy access to the beach. Moclips is a small, quiet community which was perfect. Very relaxing and rejuvenating. Owner and property manager were responsive to questions and helpful with information on the surrounding area and future stays. Great vacation experience!
