Dear Guests, in all hotels or accommodation facilities there is a time to access the pool for safety reasons as well as to have time to clean the pool, all the furniture and the surrounding area; in our case the opening hours of the swimming pool are from 9.00 in the morning until 7.30 in the evening. I find it very curious that you have hardly ever gone to the pool during the opening hours and complain of not having been able to enjoy the pool because it closed at 7.30 pm that is now at dusk. You arrived late in the evening and immediately mother and daughter had a fight screaming after 21.00 in the courtyard shared by the other condominiums but that was an acceptable time ... apart from the bad taste scene. The problem is that you continued to disturb the whole neighborhood by talking loudly and cackling until after one in the morning behind the house while the daughter was talking animatedly on the cell phone with the loudspeaker at full volume in the courtyard in front of the house. Even the next night you continued to talk loudly and chatter until past one and a half, disturbing the whole neighborhood again. For this reason, after two nights in a row in which you have disturbed the neighbors as well as we have asked you to try to please speak in a low voice at night and I think that this was not information to be given but a normal rule of good manners. , respect and civility to be observed at night when everyone is asleep. I read that I have been rude to some of you: it does not appear to me, on the contrary you have always addressed yourself in a very arrogant way both in writing messages and in speaking and you do not have the slightest respect for the rules and good manners: I could write a lot about it! I will limit myself to saying that you left at 4.30 in the morning without informing me, I asked you several times for your departure time which you finally answered at 22.53 the previous evening. I got up on purpose to greet you: you ALL came out passing me without saying anything, I waited for you to finish loading your luggage and ... I saw the cars leave. Dear Guests, The listing for this house is complete with photos and a floor plan. The description is supported by numerous photos, including the swimming pool, which is built of brick, 9 meters in diameter and 1.2 meters deep. This year, given the exceptional heat, we purchased a pole fan. You asked me for an extra sofa (which, as I said, I don't have) so you could all watch television together (you brought your own). If you had asked for another fan, I would have gladly bought it. You booked 10 months ago, and you asked me for photos and information several times: always in Italian, to which I always responded. You also spoke to me in Italian during your stay. With this heat and drought, the water pressure has also decreased. You booked a stay for five people. Later, you decided to move up your stay: the calendar was free, so I accommodated you. In reality, you were a group of six. You complained that you weren't allowed to host another daughter of yours, along with a grandson, along with a man. No one said anything to me, so I didn't allow or prevent nobody, since I knew nothing! I am required to register everyone I host at the police station: as I regularly do, I registered all six people. To be on the safe side, I also took out insurance for a number of people equal to the number of beds provided...no more! During your stay, you harassed all my neighbors. On the one hand, the three people, unknown to me, repeatedly parked in the neighbors' private parking lot. On the other, you put your garbage in other people's bins on the neighbors' property. Upon your arrival, I explained to you to separate your waste and place it outside your front door so that I could dispose of your waste myself. In any case, this information was also included in the house information memo. When you left, I found and photographed the broken closet shelf. Good luck!

The perimeter walls of the house are even over 45 cm thick but, with the very high temperatures that are sometimes reached during the summer, the air conditioning is a real help. Dear Guests, sometimes, in trying not to be intrusive, I omit to tell the guests some details about the house: some information that enhances the house where you have stayed even more. The house is from the sixteenth century, with 50 cm thick walls to better insulate it from heat and cold as well as the windows are smaller than usual just to disperse less heat in winter and keep it cooler in summer. I also want to add that this house is of ancient origins because it is part of a complex of 3 houses that are the first to arise in this ancient village, therefore they are in the historic center and subject to environmental assets that do not authorize any changes to them. I still have a lot more to tell you but I don't want to bore you. However, I would like to thank you for your very detailed and gratifying comment.
