Il Nido, a historic Venetian villa with a pool, located in a quiet, artistic tourist neighborhood

"Il Nido" is a two-level apartment that is part of the Villa Costafredda renovation project.
Located in a wing of the villa, it overlooks the shared courtyard, where its entrance is located.
It features an outdoor entrance with a private garden equipped with a beach umbrella and a dining table with 6 chairs. Inside, on the first floor, there is a living room with a TV and a sofa bed, a small bathroom, and a spacious kitchen with a dining table (oven, stovetop, 2 sinks with a dish rack, dishwasher, and large refrigerator), and an utility room with a washing machine; upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds—and 2 bathrooms, one with a tub and one with a shower.
The house features refined furnishings in keeping with its period style, free Wi-Fi, independent heating, and air conditioning.


Villa Costafredda, a residence of great historical value dating back to the 17th century, was originally a convent and was later purchased by the Maffei Faccioli family.
Following the recent complete renovation of the villa and its outbuildings, eight residences have been created, five of which are available to guests.
In the central courtyard of the property, surrounded by walls and enclosed by an automatic gate, there is a large parking area, part of which is covered. Also on the property, no more than 30 meters from the residences, is the swimming pool (13 m x 6.5 m), available to guests from mid-April through early October, complete with lounge chairs and outdoor furniture, offering a beautiful view of the vineyards and surrounding hills.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival: no penalty;
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival: 50% penalty of the total cost of the stay;
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival: 100% penalty of the total cost of the stay.
